Nematode-trapping fungi is widely distributed and exist in various conditions, it is the important biological control fungi for parasitic worms of plants, it had a widlly public concern and study by fungi researchers from various countries to regions. In this study, Nematode-trapping fungi was investigationed from some provinces of china:Jilin, Heilongjiang, Liaoning, Shaanxi province, Xinjiang and Tibet.995 samples were collected from May 2007 to July 2010, including the soil, standing wood and rotten wood, three genera and twenty-four species nematode-trapping fungi were isolation and identification. Among of them Arthrobotrys oligospora have the most extensive and the highest separate rate.19 species were isolated and included 14 species new recode in Heilongjiang,6 species were isolated and included 4 species new recode in Jilin,6 species were isolated and included 5 species new recode in Liaoning, dominant species was Drechslerella dactyloides(12.08%),8 species were isolated and included 6 species new recode in Shaanxi,3 species were isolated and had 1 new specise Arthrobotrys tibetensis nov. sp. Xuefeng Liu & Weiwang in Tibet.9 species were isolated and included 8 species new recode in Xinjiang. In this study, the detection rate of nematode-trapping fungi in soil was higher in wood, but, they had correlation,4 species shared with wood and soil,3 of them had the same tendency: Drechslerella dactyloides,Arthrobotrys oligospora,Arthrobotrys superba, when they appeared. Due to the different matrix with different types of ecological environment, there are independent species to appear in the two substrate.Nematode-trapping fungi have distribution in various stand conditions, the most widespread species was Arthrobotrys oligospora, the next was Dactylellina ellipsosporum. In each site conditions, the species was more in mingled forest and poplars and less in the saline-alkali, birch forest. The distribution of the nematode-trapping fungi was declined with the Salinization degree of deepening, the detection rate was the highest in Saline-alkali soil which was growing grass and has the most species, there is not nematode-trapping fungi was not found in Saline-alkali soil which was growing suaeda glauca.
