This paper is issued by potted Litsea glutinosea and Casuarina trickle test,applied quadratic general rotation design, the ratio of different fertilization on the growth status of the two species. Through the establishment of mathematical model equations for significance testing and optimal solution for optimum N,P,K,fertilization ratio. Application of DRIS graphic and index, respectively, diagnosis of plant nutrition, fertilizer obtained the needs of each processing order. The result aims to fertilizer, improved growth status of the two species.1. Potted Litsea glutinosa seedlings height,diameter,biomass of the mathematical model, the significance test, the results have reached a significant level, indicating that the N,P,K fertilizers in the different treatments on the Litsea glutinosa seedling growth significantly. Mathematical model of height regression equation y=19.602-21.385X1-8.849X2+11.720X3+1.845X12+0.843X22-11.570X32+10.612X1X2+11.747X1X3-2.643X2X3, the maximum height obtained by the optimal solution can be achieved 11.78cm, corresponding to the N,P,K fertilizer application rates were:0.955g/pot,0.67g/pot,0.915g/pot; diameter model regression equation y=15.242-38.600X1-6.257X2+2.125X3+13.9637X12-4.684X22-2.282X32+23.866X1X2+3.255X1X3-1.929X2X3,the optimal solution was the maximum amount for the diameter1.25mm, corresponding to N,P,K fertilizer application rates were:0.625g/ pot,0.808g/pot,0.57g/pot; biomass model fitted regression equation y=17.277+12.857X1-14.259X2+2.88X3-10.928X12+7.564X22-12.571X32-9.347X1X2+18.772X1X3-1.217X2X3,the optimal solution have a maximum biomass 11.57g, corresponding to the N, P, K fertilizer application rates were:0.358g/pot, 1.19g/pot, 0.324g/pot.Litsea glutinosausing DRIS nutritional diagnosis on the N,P,K nutrient diagnosis, through the important parameters of the variance calculated N/P,N/K,K/P. Mathematical model of height regression equation y=40.525+12.562X1+9.151X2-79.245X3-25.803X12-2X22-25.521X32-2.83X1X2+98.2643X1X3+12.08X2X3, the maximum height obtained by the optimal solution can be achieved 45.78cm, corresponding to the N,P,K fertilizer application rates were: 0.62g/pot,2.679g/pot,0.275g/pot; diameter model regression equation y=3.422-3.12X1-0.089X2-1.359X3+0.502X12-0.047X22-6.253X32+0.669X1X2+7.113X1X3+0.886X2X3,the optimal solution was the maximum amount for the diameter2.82mm, corresponding to N,P,K fertilizer application rates were: 0.219g/ pot,2.375g/pot,0.184g/pot; biomass model fitted regression equation y=46.833-72.895X1-9.212X2-57.517X3+9.357X12+0.198X22-51.701X32+19.678X1X2+139.95X1X3+11.906X2X3,the optimal solution have a maximum biomass19.84 g, corresponding to the N,P,K fertilizer application rates were: 0.329g/pot,2.298g/pot,0.154g/pot.Casuarina using DRIS nutritional diagnosis of the N,P,K nutrient diagnosis, through the important parameters of the variance calculated P/N,K/N,K/P.
