This article has chosen 4 caprifoliaceae plants such as viburnum,four seasons weigela florida,elder and Changbai lonicera,handling their branches by PEG-6000 simulate drought method.Test those leaves' chlorophyll,water content,membrane permeability,lipid peroxides,protective enzymes and osmoregulation,and then analyze these indicator with membership function.The results are as follow:1. The contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b of the 4 plants rise under different water concentration stresses;but it is contrary under different time with the same water concentration stress.lt can be infered that water stress has great effect on the chlorophyll conctents.2. Under different water concentration stresses,all of the leaves water contents are rised,and water saturation deficit dropped;under different time with the same water concentration stress,the relative water contents of viburnum and elder have showed the same change law that decline first then rise,four seasons weigela florida and Changbai lonicera on the contrary.However,the water saturation deficit showed the contrary changes with relative watercontents.3. The conductivity of this 4 plants are all rised under the 2 kinds of stress,the MDA contents are all rised first and then declined,except Changbai lonicera(declined first and then rised).The MDA contents of all the 4 plants are all declined first and then rised under the different time with the same water concentration stress.4.Under the 2 kinds of stress, the activity of SOD of the 4 plants are all rised first and then declined;under different time with the same water concentration stress,viburnum and Changbai lonicera show the different changes,which declined first and then rised.5. Under water concentration stress,the soluble sugar and proline of all the 4 plants are rised;under different time with the same water concentration stress,viburnum,four seasons weigela florida and elder show the same changes of decline first and then rised on the aspect of soluble sugar contents,the content of proline shows the same trend except viburnum who is rised.The contents of soluble protein is declined first and rised under the 2 kinds of stresses.6. Analyze the drought resistance of 4 plants with membership function.The drought resistance of 4 plants is Changbai lonicera>viburnum>four seasons weigela florida>elder in turn.lt can be infered that different indicators play different roles on the drought resistance of the 4 plants,and it is a complicate drought resistance mechanism, so the drought resistance ability of plants are controlled by many factors.Generally analyzing the physiological and biochemical indicators and drought resistance membership function result,Changbai lonicera has the strongest ability of drought resistance,so it can be extensive used as landscaping meterial in our northeast region. |
