Although China's large population, but the resources are relatively scarce, the per capita cultivated land is very small.And the United States and other developed countries and different large-scale mechanized farming; our farms are small, mostly retail, small-scale, low degree of mechanization operation, large amount of chemical fertilizer. Over the past few decades, we have invested a large amount of chemical fertilizers and the cost of excessive consumption of soil nutrients to food harvest. However, degradation of soil fertility and ecological consequences of environmental destruction have also apparent. Growing awareness of the traditional extensive production methods must change, sustainable development as a historical necessity, it is in this broader context, the intensive precision agriculture as the core ideas are more and more attention.Precision agriculture involves many disciplines, including informatics, geographic information systems, remote sensing, global positioning systems, agriculture, science and other multi-discipline decision-making. The main condition is based on the growth of agricultural products, regulation of agricultural inputs, rational fertilization, while gains in growth of the seedlings investigated crop and soil spatial variability, on the other hand identifying the target yield, the location management. Local conditions, crops need to be adjusted based on chemical fertilizers and pesticides use. To achieve increase production, reduce investment, reduce environmental pollution. To improve the utilization of agricultural resources and increase the income of farmers has played a very good role.This paper studies the following aspects:(1) Expounded the global positioning system (GPS), geographic information system (GIS), neural network technology and intelligent decision-making techniques and expert system (ES) technology the basic concepts and theoretical basis.(2) Using GPS and GIS to locate and the division of farmland plot and analysis, obtains the soil organic p, rapidly-available potassium, alkali-hydro nitrogen, and organic matter of space mutation figure.(3) The BP network of neural network, focused on research third layer of network structure (input layer, the output layer, hidden) hidden part fertilization model. On completion of the data packet and the normalized after sex work, create neural network, and carry on the multiple network training, after many network feedback and revised with system requirements that the model weights precision. Thus can come to predict fertilizer.(4) Design and realized based on GPS and GIS maize precise expert system. This system realizes the global positioning system, geographic information system, expert system, intelligent decision-making system, the effective integration guiding rational fertilization farmers.
