Seedlings of cucumber Jinyou one coated with seed coating configerated from different concentration of salicylic acid, betaine, CCC, PP333 and hormone NAA,define concentration of pesticides and Hoagland solution was used to study physiological and biochemical changes under water stress for 4-6 days. Through above research, influence of different formula seed coating on anti-drought was explored to provide certain theorical evidence and feasible reference for enhancing cucumber seedling anti-drought,nurturing strong seedling,improving output and quality cucumber.laid certain foundation for research and application of seed coating of vegetable and other corp seed. Results as following:1.Treatment concentration of salicylic acid range from 50-150 mg per liter,with rising concentration of salicylic acid,water and photosynthesis pigment and efficency of photosynthesis of cucumber leaves increase, soluble sugar and protein rise.acativity of POD, SOD and CAT enhance,Proline accumulate fast,rising speed of MDA and Relative electrical conductivity slow. When treatment concentration of salicylic acid exceed 150mg per liter, with rising concentration of salicylic acid, the front seven physiological indication decline,the back two physiological indication rise. When treatment concentration of salicylic acid is 150mg per liter, water,chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, Carrots vegetarian, efficency of photosynthesis, soluble sugar and protein, acativity of POD, SOD and CAT, Proline cucumber under water press all is the highest,they in turn are 94%,1121.63μg·g-1FW,456.20μg·g-1FW,426.44μg·g-1FW,1.92μmolO2·m-2·g-1,146.67mg·g-1DW,291.23mg·g-1DW,9900U·g-1,320U·g-1,332U·g-1,80μg·g-1FW. MDA and Relative electrical conductivity is the lowest,they in turn are 29μg·g-1,FW,28%. Physiological change above show optimum concentration of salicylic acid is 150 mg per litre. When concentration of salicylic acid is certain, inflence of trestment concentrationn of hormone NAA on above physiological and biochemical changes is a little,its optimum concentration is 0.6 mg per litre.2.Treatment concentration of betaine range from 100-300 mg per litre,with rising concentration of s betaine,water and photosynthesis pigment and efficency of photosynthesis of cucumber leaves increase, soluble sugar and protein rise.acativity of POD, SOD and CAT enhance,Proline accumulate fast,rising speed of MDA and Relative electrical conductivity slow. MDA and Relative electrical conductivity is the lowest,they in turn are 34μg·g-1FW,38%. Physiological change above show optimum concentration of betaine is 300 mg per litre.
