Studies On Flue-curing Capability And Effects Of Different Curing Barn

Research on the curing capability and effects of traditional flue-curing barn, small and large-scale bulk curing barn with air descend. The result showed that wind speed of small and large-scale bulk curing barn has been markedly increased and horizontal and vertical temperature difference is small, the heat is evenly distributed. The curing capability of large-scale bulk curing barn is best, followed by small-scale bulk curing barn, the worst for the traditional flue-curing barn. Use small-scale bulk curing barn curing quality of the lower leaves can be better; the quality of middle and upper leaves can be improved by large-scale bulk curing barn curing. The economic benefits of middle and upper Kg cured leaves increased by 6.46Yuan and 3.76Yuan with large-scale bulk curing barn, use of large-scale bulk curing barn can achieve the desired effect of curing. In summary, the study also suggested that promoting the large-scale bulk curing barn and keeping small-scale bulk curing barn moderately, as soon as quitting the traditional flue-curing barn is necessary.
