Based on the neonicotinoid, the molecular diversity of novel neonicotinoids was realized by the exploring of the diverse and efficient chemical reactions focusing on the synthesis methodology.18 cyano-tetrahydropyridine neonicotinoid compounds were synthesized with a multi-components and solvent-free method. The bioactivity was tested against cowpea aphid (Aphis craccivora). The reasults showed that most of the target compounds exhibited insecticidal activities with the mortality 50% at 500 mg/L. From nitro-alkenyl aldehyde,9 novel nitro-conjugated diene compounds were synthesized through Knoevenagel condensation reaction catalyzed by piperidine. Further more, a new kind of carbon chain growth and degradation method was observed, based on which one cycle reaction was established among the three componds. The insecticidal activity reasult showed that most of the target compounds exhibited insecticidal activities on cowpea aphid (Aphis craccivora) with mortality above 50% at 500 mg/L, and some of them is 100%.
