Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza Virus was isolated from poultry,which is reported by OIE.Poultry infected pathogenic bacteria was characterized by sub-clinical symptom, respiratory symptom egg-drop and acute lethal deathand other forms. Pathogenic bacteria was mainly divided into several types which were called highly pathogenic and pathogenic and non-pathogenic avian influenza.Highly pathogenic avian influenza was found in 1878, and spreaded to worldwide. The clinical symptom manifested bleeding of the organic comb and hair, swelling in the head, tearing, breathing difficulty, The type symptom which can be identificated is empurpled comb bleeding o f legs and skin. The main pathological changes can be observed from, conjunctival hemorrhage, the entire digestive tract bleeding, ulcers,and necrosis. Highly pathogenic avian influenza can be triggering the high mortality rate, speed quickly.It take a fatal attack in fish breeding and poultry raising, since 1997 Hong Kong human infected the avian influenza, their public health become more prominent.From 2004 government has implemented mandatory immunization,in aspect of epdemic disease.In order to control avian influenza epidemic. Migratory birds and waterfowl in the spread of avian influenza has a very important role.With virus Antigen drifting,Antibody titer still must be monitored and analysed, thus avian influenza prevention and control of work provide a useful reference.As a major livestock area in Xiamen tong'an district,the amount of livestock was been carrying on. mandatory immunization.The writer carries monitored antibody of birds induced by inactivated vaccine in tongan, Total acquisition of households sample 964 households,6792 copies. After testing, the scale of the field of qualified 93.7% antibodies (4333/4625), bulk-rate farmer's antibody 93.2%(2019/2167), at an average rate of antibody 93.5%.
