Heilongjiang Province is one of China's major forest areas, the vast forests of Heilongjiang Province, northeast provinces of North China Plain, but to provide an ecological refuge, their ecological role is unparalleled. This research is based on the establishment of a forest in Heilongjiang Province based on the facts of the distribution of forest ecological benefit evaluation index system based on the use of 1896, respectively,1949 and 1986, the three historical periods of forest distribution in the Visual Basic language GIS environment for secondary development, the completion of the GIS based on ESRI MapObjects technology to build space linear model of forest ecological benefit analysis of system development work has been the following major conclusions:(1)The establishment of a flexible operation, suitable for all historical stages of Heilongjiang province, forest ecological benefit evaluation index system. Different historical periods from the comprehensive study the distribution of the different forest conditions, to reveal the various stages of spatial and temporal changes of forest ecological benefits for the present situation of land, ten ecological benefits of forest-based theory, a targeted selection of the 12 evaluation form Evaluation system with high operability and reliability.(2) Completed the different historical periods for forests in Heilongjiang Province, the distribution of spatial analysis of forest ecological benefit the development of the main function module. Application of visual language Visual Basic, MapObjects combination of the corresponding controls, developed a linear model of forest ecological benefits of spatial analysis system. The system changes the traditional benefit analysis, GIS fully reflects the secondary development of space for large-scale management and decision-making within the advantage.(3) Based on component technology, MapObjects the second development, improve the efficiency of system development to achieve a flexible, efficient and seamless system integration and development of a favorable environment for decision-making technology platform, the system easy to use, accurate evaluation of the structure, practical and applicable unlimited potential, is the application of GIS development component of forest ecological benefits of large-scale evaluation of a successful attempt.
