Based on the part requirements of 2008-2009 national corn industrial technology system, in this test,Danyu39 which was late-maturing in control group was taken as sample in the Corn District,Liao Ning.And it was expremented respectively at FengCheng and HaiCheng in Liao Ning. Then the experimental dates were analysised by EXCEL software and DPS software.And many factors were studied to find out the influence on Danyu39 yield, such as planting density and form, fertilization, sowing and farming styles.And the high-yielding comprehensive technology were discussed.1.The optimal density of Danyu39:52500 strains per hm2. Below 37500 strains per hm2 or more 67500 per hm2 are not inappropriate.2.The different levels of Nitrogen have strongly affection on yield of Danyu39, and increasing N appropriately can effectively improve the yield.The optimal amount of nitrogen (N):180kg per hm2.3.The different levels of phosphorus have weakly affection on characters and yield of Danyu39. The optimal amount of P(P2O5):30kg per hm2.4.With the increase of the Kalium (k) fertilizer, the number of line of grains and the weight of a hundred grains increased slightly. But the levels of K had slightly affection on plant height, leaves and so on. The most suitable amount of k (K2O):120kg per hm2.5.Nitrogen fertilizer had more advantage than P and K on the yield rate of Danyu39.And the optimal proportion of N:P2O5:K2O-6:1:4.6.The highest yield was obtained by the planting style of cleaning and the sowing style of two-way and fixed position.7.Wiht the increase of light intensity, The net photosynthetic rate of Danyu39's increased fastestly at 0~500μmolm-2s-1, however which kinds of the combinations of planting and sowing forms.And the combinations of plant Qing, two-way and fixed position increased still at a fast rate at 500~2000μmolm-2s-1. At 2000μmolm-2s-1, other eight planting styles were shown in the net photosynthetic rate sequence:empty double strains>row double strains>cleaning double strains abuts>cleaning single strains>2: empty double strains abuts>2:empty single strains>row double strains abuts>row single strains8.Wiht the increase of light intensity, stomatal conductance of Danyu39's increased fastly at 50~250μmolm-2s-1, however which kinds of the combinations of planting and sowing forms.But stomatal conductance was not increased at 1800μmolm-2s-1 or so. And the combinations of plant Qing, two-way and fixed position increased still at a fastest rate with different light intensity. other eight planting styles were shown in stomatal conductance sequence:empty double strains>row double strains>cleaning double strains abuts>cleaning single strains>2:empty double strains abuts>2:empty single strains>row single strains>row double strains abuts.9.Wiht the increase of light intensity, The transpiration rate of Danyu39's increased fastestly at 0~250μmolm-2s-1, however which kinds of the combinations of planting and sowing forms. And the combinations of plant Qing, two-way and fixed position increased at a fastest rate with transpiration rate increasing gradually.It has a same sequence between transpiration rate and net photosynthetic rate at 2000μmolm-2s-110.In the test, Miecha-cultivatings increased production by 5.3% compared with general-cultivatings.But Liucha-cultivatings reduced production by 9.4%.And Miecha-cultivatings was conformable to practice at southeastern of Liaoning.
