In order to improve the quality of bulls frozen,we analyzed and studied the quality of bulls frozen from its age, diluted times, the bulls balance, freezing temperature and cooling preserved after thawing different aspects of environmental. Research findings, The mature bull is 5 to 10 years, while the bull semen quality covering the peak stage, the increased period is before 5 years , and the period of decline after the age of 10. In second diluted frozen dilute solution, the formula A post-thaw sperm viability and vitality is the best .There was no significant difference (P> 0.05)in post-thaw sperm motility and viability after freezing with two kinds of frozen dilute formula. Comparison of foreign and domestic bull frozen sperm-specific diluent found, the frozen-ⅠandⅢis better than the frozen-Ⅱ,the percent of A seman and linea have no significant difference(P> 0.05)in these two methods.After adopting the balance first, drinking wine holding the balance cooling down the day after tomorrow with and coolingdown first drink wine holding two kinds different method with, The effect difference to the mass freezing semen is not notable(P> 0.05).The sperm vitality is the best when the frozen temperature between - 90 and - 140℃. We analyzed the effect of semen quality from the bull frozen semen defrost in different environmental, and there is no significant difference (P> 0.05)between that semen stored in ice and 30℃environment, but temperature has significant influence for sperm quality,there is no significant difference between stored in ice and 30℃environment when 0.5 hour.The semen vitality has significantly fall In the environment of 30 degrees when after 2 hours,but no difference in ice.
