The key component of rice seedling planter is the separating mechanism. The performance of the separating mechanism directly decided the whole level of rice seedling planter. At present in the market the rotation type separating mechanism of ride seedling planter. Its gear used to the pitch curve comparison rule mostly such as the eccentric circle gear or the elliptic gear. As the eccentric, elliptic equation of the festival is known expressions, optional parameter is few, adjustment range small, so design is not flexible. Therefore, the view of the current ride rice seedling planter separating mechanism design and manufacturing process problems. This article point out previous problem of the rotation type separating mechanism. Developing based on the rice planter seedling orbit request of separating mechanism to design pitch curve of noncircular gear.This research is supported by the project of National Natural Science Fund Project—"Elastic Dynamic Modeling and Dynamic Simulation of riding seedling new executive body (50605057)". This thesis deeply study on the noncircular gear separating mechanism, and the whole process of calculation, simulation, and design is studied and developed in aspects of both theory and application by the mechanics principle. The study content and result of this paper is as following:Analysis the status of rice seedling planter, ride rice planter trends, the characteristic of separating mechanism. By transplant rice seedling orbit to determine the separating mechanism with noncircular gear pitch curve. And preparation of the corresponding analysis and calculation program. The separating mechanism with noncircular gear for kinematics and dynamics analysis. Proved the design method in this thesis.Rotation type separating mechanism adopt noncircular gears. But the noncircular gear design is quite complex, Using MATLAB dynamic direct-viewing demonstration computed result function. Independently developed the noncircular gear tooth profile design calculation software, this software can analyzes the curvature of the noncircular gear pitch curve, produce the noncircular gear tooth profile. The noncircular gear tooth profile algorithm copyrights of computer software was awarded(Registration Number:2009SR027139).Construction the three dimensional model of separating mechanism with noncircular planetary system, the hypothesized assembly and the hypothesized dynamic simulation. And through simulation analysis, presented in separating mechanism's displacement,velocity,acceleration,noncircular gear axis force and ground reaction force. Verify the correctness of design model.
