Since the reduction of arable land, raising the level of human life and people's growing demand for food,that is of great significance to how to substantially increase production of food crops, particularly wheat production. In this paper,we use the excellent bred wheat varieties (lines) in Shandong Province in recent 10 years (1999-2008) for the material to analyze the level of its production characteristics and associated traits and characteristics, moreover, explore the development trend of wheat reproductive output level to achieve high yield of wheat factors and type of structure characteristics and find the effective way of the varieties bred in our province, and combined with the actual production, looking for wheat influence of wheat production bottleneck.Designed to improve the province's production levels and the development of wheat breeding strategy to provide reference. The main results are as follows:Production levels of wheat breeding in the province overall upward trend, ranging from502.90kg / acre in 1999 to 567.89kg / acre in 2008, the increase of the rate reached 64.99kg / acre and the increase rate of 12.92%, reached a significant level,that make a positive contribution to promote and to ensure steady increase in wheat production in Shandong. However, except in 2008 (567.89kg / mu), the other years mostly in the 515kg / mu wandering up and down, the level of wheat production is still great potential to be tapped. In 47 validated species, with large-size spikes 15 and multi-spike 32,whereas the actual promotion of wheat varieties are mainly mid-spikes and multi-spikes,which shows the strong capacity of tillering, spiking rate, having high energy efficiency and environm extensive adapTableility, suiTablele for promotion in the larger range. To maintain Big spikes species traits advantage, it must be based on a certain spike to achieve greater breakthroughs in efforts to improve the large spike variety of spike rate and spike number per unit area, and through increasing kilograin weigh and increased grain weight, it will be super high yield breeding breakthrough and important task. Intermediate varieties of panicle spike coordinate the contradictions of low yield and large panicle panicles, make spike, grain, weight develop balance, so the middle of wheat varieties is the next breakthrough in yield potential production bottlenecks and non-mining neglected research. Through breeders years of efforts ,make plant height of species which was bred between the 63.5-90.2cm, more in line with the ideal height (70-80cm), Laying a solid foundation for high yield and lodging resistance of wheat. 1999-2008 annual audited varieties in Shandong Province, the quality of individual indicators (protein content, wet gluten content, flour sedimentation value, water absorption, dough sTableility time) on the whole, compliance is rather satisfactory, but achieve high-quality wheat (strong gluten, weak gluten) composite indicator species was very low, in line with strong gluten wheat varieties comprehensive index 3, namely Jinan, 17 (1999), Zimai 12 (2001), Wara excellent 9415 (2007), accounting for 6.4 validated species %, in line with the comprehensive index of the varieties of wheat gluten and 2, namely Jimai 19 (2001), Thai Farmers 18 (2008), accounting for 4.3% of species validation, in line with weak gluten wheat varieties comprehensive index of zero, but also that we quality indicators used to meet the national standards of all gluten and the gluten in the gluten of wheat that is, in fact, it is incorrect. Accelerating the innovation and introduction of germplasm breeding and propagation, playing high-quality varieties of wheat production based on the lack of quality wheat varieties for the province's status, should increase investment and pay attention to the introduction of high-quality wheat germplasm and create and strengthen strong gluten, wheat variety and different types of new varieties of wheat gluten working.
