The annual production of rice and wheat is the most important rotation mode in Jiangsu.The realization of how to combine the annual production of rice and wheat with agronomy,machine and information is an important issue for the superior-quality development of Jiangsu.In the paper,the system aimed at the practical needs of the informative and intelligent decision support systems for superior quality and high yield of annual mechanized production of rice and wheat,used JavaScript and CSS as the development languages,applied the achievements of cultivation techniques of rice and wheat which researched by Yangzhou University,then successively developed the decision support system for superior quality and high yield of annual mechanized production of rice and wheat based on the software AppWorker Studio,Dreamweaver 8.0,Photoshop CS6 and etc.The development processes of the system included early-stage preparations,such as system analysis,model creation,data collection,text transcoding and others,and then went through UI structure,UI mapping,page design,backgroud compilation and so on.The system includes soil knowledge base,rice and wheat variety database,agricultural machinery and equipment database,pest and disease database,self-learning knowledge base,rice cultivation decision subsystem and wheat cultivation decision subsystem.It realized the convenience and instantaneity of decision support and the inquiry and use of data and knowledge.It provided information platforms for the superior quality and high yield of annual mechanized production of rice and wheat.The main results are as follows:(1)Based on the researches of rice and wheat leaf age model,population quality and precise quantitative cultivation technology system,the computer models of rice basic seedling determination,precise fertilization,water-saving irrigation and wheat basic seedling determination,precise fertilization and stem tiller number prediction before winter were constructed respectively.The models were compiled into a function method based on AppWorker Studio,Dreamweaver 8.0 and other software platforms that can be read and written by the system,and then embedded into the background database of the platform.Combining with the front-end interface design,complete decision support subsystems of rice and wheat cultivation were built.(2)The collected data information was summed up and then transformed into a visual knowledge base and database based on AppWorker Studio,Dreamweaver,Photoshop and other softwares,which covers soil knowledge base,self-learning knowledge base,rice and wheat variety database,agricultural machinery equipment database,pest and disease database,etc.It enriched the content system of decision support systems based on smartphones.At the same time,it can provide users with knowledge learning.(3)On the basis of the above research and development,the rice and wheat cultivation decision support subsystem was integrated with multiple knowledge bases and databases to form a multi-database intelligent decision support system through AppWorker Studio platform.The system obtained the copyright of computer software of the State Copyright Administration.It has been tried out by the users of Agricultural and Rural Bureau in Jiangyan and so on.The system is ready-to-use,easy to carry and operate and rich in data and information.It is an effective platform for the superior quality and high yield of annual mechanized production of rice and wheat,and for users to learn knowledge by themselves.
