The ultimate goal of wheat breeding is to select high-yielding and good quality varieties, but because of different geographical or environmental factors, the wheat different varieties will lead to different rate fluctuations on wheat yielding and quality in different environments. The different photosynthetic treatment and the same photosynthetic organs in wheat can also cause different grain results. Photosynthesis is the basis cause of crop yield, grain filling material comes from two aspects, the first, photosynthetic products of different organs stored in nutritive organs before flowering, and the second, the new photosynthetic products after flowering, which is the main source of crop yield. The formation of leaf photosynthetic products is the main crop organs, but the stem and sheath, ear and awn contribution to the formation of wheat grain is also an important source of organs. Especially the small spike and leaf contribution to grain yield, through the analysis of variance, were found no significant difference between them, which prove that the ear is a very important source,its role is not negligible. Various sources are not isolated, but interact with each other coordination. In order to provide theoretical basis for selection of the related traits in wheat breeding, the paper aims to figure out the role of influence within and outside the rules of the photosynthetic organs, which had an influence on grain yielding and quality.1,Grain weight per spike increased with leaf area. Ear photosynthesis contribution in different varieties is very different, the two intermediate species in the leaf area contributed 27.18% and 22.77% respectively, while multi-spike varieties Taishan 23 was small contribution with only 17.98%, and the contribution of the fewer-spike is intermediate.2,Sheath photosynthetic in fewer-spike variety Taishan 9818, multi-spike varieties Jimai 21 and Taishan23 were larger affected, PH6200 (8), PH4133-2 and fewer-spike variety Nongda 8355 was less affected. The contribution to grain of the storage material is bigger in two multi-spike varieties Taishan 23, jimai21, which account for 24.74% and 38.46% respectively, while for the fewer-spike variety, and the contribution was relatively low value at 15.9% -23.44%. 3,Taishan 9818 and Nongda 8355 with the fewer-spike, and PH6200 (8) and PH4133-2 with middle-spike have a certain contribution to the grain weight range from 4.21% to 12.33%, while the multi-spike type Jimai 21 and Taishan 23's contribution was lower, especially in Taishan 23, the contribution is only 0.49%.4,Different types of photosynthetic organs in different varieties had different effects on grain yield; Influence on grain yield were also significantly different with the different varieties of the same photosynthetic organs; For fewer-spike varieties, leaf organ contribute more to grain yield; For intermediate varieties, the contribution of ear organ was highest; And for multi-panicle varieties, the contribution of stem and sheath and its storage material were highest to the spike weight.5,Shading treatment had the influence on slight elevation of protein content. Different measurements influence on grain protein content have no significant effect in all treatments, comparing with the normal growth treatment, and the maximum difference was less than 0.3%.
