The Basis Theory Of Clothianidin Alternative Aldicarb For Controlling Myzus Persicae(Sulzer) And The Study On Application Technology Of Clothianidin

In order to clear the application value of clothianidin to Myzus persicae(Sulzer) and put forward the management strategy, the toxicity of clothianidin to M. prsicae were detected using topical application, dis-dipping and Petiole wrapping methods, and with the dis-dipping method, the synergism of piperoayl butoxide(PBO), triphenyl phosphate(TPP) and diethylmaleate(DEM) to clothianidin were determined, the influence of sublethal doses of clothianidin on detoxifying enzymes in Myzus prsicae(Sulzer) were determined with biochemical measurement at the dose of LC6, LC15 and LC30, and the inhibition of CarE and GST activities in vitro with different concentration of clothianidin were tested. We also produced 5% clothianidin granules with gangue, and the durable effect of the formulation and the influence to plants of tobacco were tested. The results showed as follows:1. The results of laboratory toxicity indicated that the LC50 of guttate, impregnation and systemic toxicity of clothianidin were 1.891, 2.341 and 1.303 mg/L, respectively, and this indicated that clothianidin has more systemic toxicity.2. The results of synergies showed that PBO had the most significant synergism, synergism ratio was 2.41, synergism ratio of TPP was 1.52, whereas DEM had no significant synergism to Clothianidin.3. Under the sublethal doses of Clothianidin, the specific activity of AChE were inhibited significantly after 24 h, the inhibitory rate reached to 41.2% at the dose of LC30; The specific activity of CarE were increased obviously, the dynamic ratio were 1.29 and 1.36 at the dose of LC15 and LC30 treated with 24 h; The activity of GST were also inhibited significantly, with the inhibitory rate 7.9%,11.9% and 22.7% at the dose of LC6, LC15 and LC30, respectively. And the experiment of enzymes in vitro showed that Clothianidin had no significant effection to CarE at the dose of 0.1-2.5 mg/L, but had significant inhibitory to GST, I50 of Clothianidin and Clothianidin with DEM(1:1) were 2.5474 and 0.2341 mg/L, respectively.4. The gangue were used to produce granules with acetine, and the detection results of HPLC showed as follows: the linear equation of clothianidin was y=3.8909x+288.78, the linear correlation was 0.9999, the standard deviation was 0.78, the cofficient of variation was 1.23%, and the average recovery was 99.66%, it was calculated that the content of clothianidin granules was 4.75%.5. The efficacy effect showed that the persistence of clothianidin was about 30 days, and the efficacy effect was above 95%; the persistence of 0.2g,0.5g and 1g dose of clothianidin granules were about 35 days, and the efficacy effects were above 90%. The persistence of aldicarb to M. persicae was about 40 days, higher that clothianidin, the persistence of 0.05 g,0.1 g and 0.2 g dose of aldicarb granules were about 35 days, and the efficacy effects were above 95%; the persistence of 0.5 g and 1 g dose of aldicarb granules were about 50 days. And it was indicated that clothianidin granules had no effect to tobacco plants, clothianidin can be used to control M. persicae.
