At the same time, synthesizing general situation of study and development on sightseeing orchard in and abroad, it made a brief analysis discussing developing advantages and problems of sightseeing orchard in our country, and brought forward the main content, techniques and steps of the study.Part two summarized the main theory of modern sightseeing orchard's construction and development, sustainable development theory, sight ecology and tourism psychology. It discoursed upon the theories'content and its factual application in sightseeing orchard's construction and development.Part three selected Youxian Hunan Province as the study course. According to the actual condition, the paper analyzed Youxian modern sightseeing orchard's developing basics and raised out constructing thoughts accordingly. Meanwhile, it took Youxian agricultural leading enterprise-Youxian Dijie modern sightseeing orchard as a study course, illustrated facets of the states, such as overall layout, industry planning, establishment programming, organization managing, construction course, and so on.
