The Research On Good Agricultural Practice Of Chinese Crude Drugs In Rauvolfia Yunnanensis Tsiang

China is the original place of Chinese herbal medicines; the cultivation history of Chinese herbal medicines is very long. In the 21 century, as more and more people would like to return the nature, traditional Chinese medical science gains a value in the world again. Now more and more focuses are on the cultivation and production of Chinese herbal medicines in our country. But for the particularity of the Chinese herbal medicine cultivation and quality control, the quality of Chinese herbal medicines is unsteady and has a downtrend for a long time. To meet the needs of Chinese herbal medicines orient to the world and lay a good foundation for the modernization of it, our government enacted a series of laws to implement the modernization of Chinese herbal medicines and its standardization planting that means we must concentrate our efforts on the beginning of production to increase yield and control quality.Rauvolfia yunnanensis Tsiang is important Chinese South medicine and is also the main raw material of "jiangyaling" and "reserpine". The purpose of this research was to standardlize the production of Rauvolfia yunnanensis Tsiang under the instruction of the Chinese herbal medicine GAP principle. The research was carried in the Rauvolfia yunnanensis Tsiang cultivation base of The Bo LEONG Industries Limited. The tests included environmental quality evaluation of base, seed treatment, cultivation and harvest period, et al. The purpose of study was to provide technique sustaining system for base building of GAP to Rauvolfia yunnanensis Tsiang. The main results in this study were as follows:(1) The environment quality of the culture base was evaluated by monitoring, single index method and Composite Index, the results showed that the soil, air and water meted the needs of GAP, and the soil fertility was fertile enough to grow Rauvolfia yunnanensis Tsiang.(2) Through studying the effect of illumination and fertilization on Rauvolfia Alkaloids, the Rauvolfia yunnanensis Tsiang should be shaded in cultivation, the Rauvolfia alkaloids content can be increased by nitrogenous fertilizer.(3) The best harvest period of Rauvolfia yunnanensis Tsiang was October. In this period, the medicinal materials of Rauvolfia yunnanensis Tsiang reached not only high yield but also good quality. (4) Rauvolfia yunnanensis Tsiang produced by the base ingredients of pesticide residues and heavy metal content test results showed that the herbal medicine production base in line with standards also shows that the base implementation of the rules is safe, reliable, and consistent with the requirements of GAP.(5) Through SFC extracted Rauvolfia yunnanensis Tsiang alkaloids in single factor experiments and orthogonal test, we obtained the appropriate conditions: extraction pressure:35 MPa, extraction temperature:35℃, fluid flow:20 L/h, The parameters of impact followed by temperature> pressure> flow.
