This thesis took Rhus typhina ramet system as study material which includes the first grade ranmet and the second grade ramet. The morphological plasticity characteristics and physiological plasticity characteristics of Rhus typhina were respectively studied by measuring morphological parameters such as height, crown width, diameter and biomass distribution...etc.,and by measuring physiological parameters such as chlorophyll content,photosynthesis...etc.The clonal integration characteristics of Rhus typhina were studied with cutting root method and that is by cutting off the level root between ramets. With Rhus typhina clonal ramets as study object, clonal reproduction and spreading characteristics of Rhus typhina was studied by setting sampling circle and doing dynamic investigations of number and morphological characteristics of Rhus typhina clonal ramets in it.The results indicated that:1.No matter how the soil condition was,the growth amount of the second grade ramet was greater than the first grade ramet of Rhus typhina.Out of forest, the growth amount of the first grade ramet was greater than the second grade ramet of Rhus typhina. However,in forest, the growth amount of the second grade ramet was greater than the first grade ramet of Rhus typhina.Under different conditions, the root biomass proportion of the first grade ramet was greater than the second grade ramet, but the leaf biomass proportion of the second grade ramet was greater than the first grade ramet of Rhus typhina.2.The Rhus typhina ramet system in nursery had higher photosynthetic capacity and grew better than those in TaiYi.Under the soil condition of nursery, physiological characteristics of the second grade ramet was better than the first grade ramet of Rhus typhina. However, under the soil condition of TaiYi,physiological characteristics of the first grade ramet showed better physiological properties than the second grade ramet of Rhus typhina.Rhus typhina in forest had greater adaptability to weak light environment than those out of forest, and the adaptability of the first grade ramet was greater than the second grade ramet of Rhus typhina.3.There was relatively obvious"source-sink"relationship between the first grade ramet and the second grade ramet of Rhus typhina when the Rhus typhina ramet system was in a favorable environment, and the second grade ramet of Rhus typhina supplied a certain amount of resources to the first grade ramet as the"source".When the Rhus typhina ramet system was in adverse growing conditions, the relationship between the first grade ramet and the second grade ramet of Rhus typhina was"sharing."4.One year after being transplanted,in sampling circle investigated, the number of Rhus typhina root seedling increased by 28.6 on average from 2008 to 2009,and increased by 10.5 on average from July in 2009 to August in 2009.Frequency distribution of root seedling morphology showed the characteristics that large middle and small sides.5.Rhus typhina clonal ramet had allometric growth characteristics that height grew faster than crown width than groud diameter and had asymmetric growth characteristics that front-end level root diameter was greater than back-end level root diameterof ramet.
