| In this study, comparative analysis of the mycelial growth of 10 Pleurotus strains which were cultured in different temperature conditions in to determine the strain of the fastest growing mycelium and mycelium growth of the most appropriate temperature. And then,studies on comparisons of ten strains of pleurotueryngii had done, after a content analysis of the growth rate of mycelium, and yield, biological efficiency, polysaccharide content and morphological character of fruit body and integrated through comprehensive evaluation to determine optimum characteristics of strains.Nongxing as being tested the strain, with different formulations of the nutrient solution treatment after harvesting a tide mushroom cultivation materials, several elements of different formulations of nutrient solution on the mushroom 2 tide's growth. Hope that through this trial of standardization for mushroom, anniversary, scale, factory production to provide a theoretical reference. The results are summarized as follows:1. It is evident on the growth of mushroom mycelium cultured in different temperature. Pleurotus strains could grow in 21℃~ 31℃and the most strains in 25℃~ 29℃could grow well, at 27℃, the growth is the best. Nongxing is the fastest average growth rate of strain in various culture conditions, and its average growth rate was 7.83mm / d, and is not significant with Taixing, Cixing, Haixing, Xing5, Xing2 and Xing1. The mycelium is more dense cultured in high culture training than in the low, but also more susceptible to aerial hyphae, but cultured under low temperature conditions occur primordium earlier.2. The 10 Pleurotus strains'growing cycles are 47.8 ~ 61.4 days. San3 and Nongxing can be selected as premature agricultural strains, with 3 3, the shortest growth cycle is 47.8 days, and Nongxig is 49.6 days, which is not significant. Fruiting body production is 34 ~ 74g / bottle, the difference is significant. The highest agricultural production strain is Nongxing, and it is not different form Cixing, Xuerong and San3 .And they are high-yield strains in the strains. According to classification of the fruiting body morphology, the 10 isolates could be divided into roughly the shape of a platform Bowling with Taixing, San3, Cixing and Haixing; club-shaped with Xing5, 528, and Xing1; glandulifera form with Nongxing, Xing2 and Xuerong. The 10 Pleurotus polysaccharide content is 0.69 ~ 2.17%, the difference is big. And Xing5 is the maximum, Xing1 is the minimum. Nongxing is the preferred planting strain. The 10 Strains of were taken into account the comprehensive assessment of the growth time position, yield fruit body polysaccharide content, fruit body bulk density 4 factors, and the result is that Nongxing is the number one .3. The cultivation practice that adding a certain concentration of urea, glucose nutrient solution to cultivated material on growth of Pleurotus mushrooms 2 tide is useful. Nnder B2 treating condition, the mushrooms 2 tide's growth cycle is 19 days in the experiments, and water treatment's is 24.3 days, they are significantly different. 16 treatments'yields are 38.2 ~ 55.6g / bottle, the highest is C3 treatment, and the lowest is A1 treatment. Added urea can effectively improve the output of t the mushrooms 2 tide's yield , but in the case of only to add urea lead to a result the increase of production of urea declined,but interaction of glucose and urea production increased is more favorable. The treatments of the bulk density of mushrooms 2 tide not significant. |
