The experiment studied the bioactive premix on immune function of weaned piglets. Adopt sixty "Duroc×(Landrace×Yorkshire)" three-way crossbred piglets, weaned (28±2). Accoring to body weight are similar, randomly divided into the experimental group and control groups, each group setups two replicates, each 15. The control group fed the diet, the experimental group fed the diet added bioactive premix. At Od, 10d,20d, 30d,50d after being weaned, detected the immune function of RBC, immune organ index, peripheral blood lymphocyte proliferation, erythrocyte, leukocyte count, immunoglobulin (IgG, IgM, IgA), IL-2 (IL-2), r-interferon (IFN-r) in serum, serum totalprotein (TB), albumin (ALB) and the classical swine fever antibody levels. The results show that:The immune function determination of RBC:the RBC-C3bR rosette formation rate after being weaned 10d compare with the control group, the difference was remarkable extremely P<0.01), after being weaned 20d, the difference was remarkable (P<0.05), while the RBC immune complex rosette formation rate of experimental group compare with the control group after being weaned 20d, the difference wasremarkable (P<0.05).Blood routine examination:compared with the control group, the differences of red blood cell numbers after being weaned 10d,20d were remarkable (P<0.05), the number of white blood cells after weaning compared with the control group, the differences was remarkable (P<0.05), the other time there was no remarkable difference.Determination of lymphocyte proliferation:the experimental group lymphocyte stimulation index increased after weaning, the control group slightly decreased 10d after being weaned, then increased, compared with the control group, the difference was significant after being weaned 10d,30d (P<0.05),20d after being weaned were significantly different (P<0.01),50d after being weaned, there was no remarkable difference.Determination of immune organ index:With the age increasing, the thymus index increased and then decreased, but the extent is gentle. the experimental group is higher than the control group each time stage, but the difference is not significant (P>0.05); spleen index after being weaned 10d,20d, compared with the control group, there were significant differences (P<0.05), after weaning Od and 50d the diference was not obvious (P>0.05).The determination of TP, ALB in serum:After being weaned 20d, compared with the control group, the contents of serum total protein (TP), globulin (GLO), were significantly different (P<0.05). After being weaned 50d, TP content was significantly different (P<0.05), the diference of GLO content was extremely significant (P<0.01). Different time points after weaning, albumin (ALB) were higher than the control group, but the difference was not significant (P<0.05).The determination of IgG, IgM, IgA, IL-2, IFN-r in serum:Compared with the control group, IgG after being weaned 10d,20d had significant difference (P<0.05), Od and 50d had no significant difference (P>0.05), compared with the control group, IgM had no significant difference any time. The IgA of experimental group and control group after weaning increased and then decreased, but the extent is gentle. Compared with the control group,20d after being weaned were significantly different (P<0.05), the other time was not significant (P>0.05). Compared with the control, IL-2 after being weaned 10d,and IFN-r after being weaned 20d were significantly increased (P<0.05).Classical swine fever antibody levels:the experimental group and control group antibody levels after the second classical swine fever vaccines 15d were improved, and the experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05).The test results show that adding bioactive premix to weaning piglets ration can alleviate stress, increase body resistace, so the immune function improved.
