| Comparative slaughter experiment was conducted to determine the utilization of energy of corns with difference by duck.Five kinds of corn with different AP and AM proportion were selected in this experiment.132 cherry valley ducks, 1d old (initial body weight had no significant diference P> 0.05), were allotted 11 treatment groups,2 ducks for each group(one was male,the other was female),six repeat. After 3 days pre-feeding, slaughtering a group of pre-trial duck carcass for determination of fitness value test. The remaining 10 groups feeding for 14 days, the 5 groups were fed the diet, foraging gradient set, the first group free feed, the other four groups fed the first group of about 85%,72%,62% 52%, there are 5 groups were fed five experimental diets (basal diet+different maize). Test the end of all the slaughtered ducks which try to determine heat value. Carcasses before and after the 2nd heat value measured for the production of net energy difference NEp. Duck through the basal diet group, the establishment of energy intake and carcass energy deposition dollar regression equation to determine the maintenance needs of duck, and then calculate the net to maintain NEm. NEp plus NEm is the net energy value of NE. Through chemical analysis and laboratory tests were measured metabolic diet metabolic energy and the chemical composition of corn. The data used SPSS13 multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that:(1) Duck's maintenance of metabolic energy is 4.103 MJ/kg0.75* d. (2) corn NE value was 10.980MJ/kg,10.683 MJ/kg,10.350 MJ/kg,10.336 MJ/kg,9.970 MJ/kg(AP/AM was 2.93,2.98,2.40,2.33,2.12). (3)The chemical composition of the AM of the correlation (R2=0.8975 RSD= 0.526 P=0.015), can be regarded as the best single predictor. (4) Integrated in all aspects, NE =-0.127AP+0.063AM+9.826 (R2=0.988, RSD=0.196, P=0.02), NE=-0.02GE+0.063AP-0.13AM+10.234 (R2=0.998, RSD=0.196, P=0.055) and NE=-0.015ADF-0.124AM +0.06AP+10.066 (R2=0.998, RSD=0.196, P=0.053) as the best prediction equation. |
