Clinical Study On Treatment Of Acute Bone Atrophy (Damp - Heat Stasis Type) By

Objective:This research aims at randomized controlled clinical study of the treatment group and control group patients with acute bone atrophy to observe the Guweijiuni Tang’s clinical efficacy and safety, and to explore the mechanism and methods of treatment of Guweijiuni Tang.Methods:60 cases of acute bone atrophy patients are divited in the treatment group and the control group by randomized treatment sequence with 1:1. Guweijiuni Tang with general orthopedic treatment for the treatment group but only the general orthopedic treatment for the control group,15 days for a treatment course,and both of two groups have two consecutive treatment. And after 15 days,30 days respectively, there is a comparison and analysis of the signs and symptoms score, total score and efficacy in each group and between two groups,and there is a observation of the situation of adverse reactions.Results:Both of the signs and symptoms score and total score of the two groups of patients drop after 15 days,30 days, the comparison of each of the two group of the before and the after has significant difference (P<0.05). After 15 days, except painess,the comparison of the signs and symptoms score, total score and efficacy between two groups of patients group has no significant difference(P >0.05), and after 30 days, except dysfunction,the comparison of the signs and symptoms score, total score and efficacy between two groups of patients group has significant difference, and the treatment group is better than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions:Guweijiuni Tang is a effective decoction for the treatment of acute bone atrophy,it is not only safe and cheap,but also easy to operate, so it is worth for clinical useing and further studying.
