Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is one of the more common diseases,clinical common in middle-aged and old people,has the high morbidity and mortality.postoperative limb dysfunction in patients with cerebral hemorrhage after discharge often face a variety of problems,including the low level of knowledge of cerebral hemorrhage disease,with poor treatment adherence,the patient’s quality of life is not high,daily life activities ability is poor and has high emergency and hospitalization rates again.In our country,medical staff before discharge in patients with cerebral hemorrhage postoperative limb dysfunction only simple rehabilitation guidance,outside the school play a guiding role in the process of nursing and rehabilitation is very limited,it is lack of function obstacle of cerebral hemorrhage postoperative patients in the study of the effect of home follow-up.ObjectivesOn patients with family function obstacle of cerebral hemorrhage postoperative follow-up of treatment adherence,daily life activities ability,the effect of psychological status,follow-up for the family in which provides the basis for effective nursing intervention.MethodsUsing randomized controlled study design,hospital between January 2013 and March 2013,113 cases of postoperative limb dysfunction in patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group(56cases) and control group(57cases).Control group routine treatment guidelines and regular follow-up;Observation group on the basis of conventional treatment guidance,regular follow-up visit family follow-up.After 12 weeks.Application in the two groups before and after the intervention treatment adherence questionnaire,daily life activities ability(Barthel index) scale,psychological symptoms self-evaluation scale to measure;Compare two groups of patients before and after the intervention treatment adherence,daily life activities ability,mental status changes.ResultsTreatment adherence:postoperative limb dysfunction in patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the two groups in the intervention treatment adherence in late three difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05),the observation group of treatment adherence for patients with superior to control group patients.Daily life ability:postoperative limb dysfunction in patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the two groups before intervention in the Barthel index score there was no significant difference compared(P>0.05),the Barthel index score after the intervention has significant difference compared(P﹤0.05),with statistical significance. Observation group of patients daily life ability score higher than the control group patients.Psychology:postoperative limb dysfunction in patients with cerebral hemorrhage two groups before intervention,two groups of patients in the total score and each factor differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05);Intervention at the end of three,two groups of patients in forced symptoms,interpersonal relationship,anxiety,depression,the comparison of psychotic,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),the other factor is the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P ﹤0.05).Observation group of patients psychological score lower than the control group patients.Observation group of patients psychological score lower than the control group patients.ConclusionImplementation of home follow-up in patients with cerebral hemorrhage postoperative limb dysfunction can significantly improve the patients compliance,promote the daily life activities ability,improve patients psychological status.Therefore,the implementation of rehabilitation training in patients with cerebral hemorrhage postoperative limb dysfunction and follow-up of patients psychological support family rehabilitation.
