Objective Detect the level of CA125 expression in cervical and vaginal secretions of women during normal reproductive period and define its normal range,to investigate the clinical value of the level of CA125 in cervical, vaginal secretions and serum in the diagnosis of CIN.Methods A total of 120 women in reproductive period were divided into 3 age groups(20-29 years, 30-39 years, 40-49 years), 78 cases of CIN patients in our hospital confirmed by biopsy were divided according their grades. Patients of all groups CA125 levels in cervical secretion, vaginal secretion and serum were detected by automatic electro-chemiluminescent immunoassay. Results The level of CA125 in the cervical secretion, vaginal secretion and serum showed no significant difference between the 3 age groups of normal procreating period women(P>0.05). In each group, the level of CA125 in serum was higher than that of cervical secretions and vaginal secretions with statistical significance(P<0.01).The normal value, the level of CA125 in cervical secretions was 615U/ml;that of vaginal secretions was 153U/ml,and that of serum CA125 was 35U/ml.The level of CA125 expression in cervical secretions and vaginal secretions all were more sensitive and specific than that of the serum in diagnosis CIN.Conclusion The level of CA125 expression in cervical secretions and vaginal secretions in normal reproductive period women was higher than that of the serum. It might be improve the detection rates of CIN diagnosis.
