Object:The aim of the current study is investigating the effect of doctor-nurse collaborated heath education on psychology of patients with malignant gyneccologic oncology through psychology evaluating. The result showed in this study will provide a more effective method for heath education on patients with malignant gynecologic oncology. Furthermore, the patients will bebefited in psycology state and living quality.Methods:Questionnair method was employed in the present investigation.One hundred patients attending the hospital between 2013~11 and 2014~05 were included in this study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,observe group and control group,each including 50 patients. The health education was performed in a doctor-nurse collaborated style,While,nurse-single style was used in the control group. Data was collected from the questionnaire at the first and last day in the hospital. Data was analyzed using SPSS 18.0Results:1. In both groups, when the patients admitted to hospital, the basic general information was collected using questionnaire survey, and chi-square test was used to analyze the data. The results showed that there were no significant differences between the two groups in marital status, occupation, tumor type,age, educational level, economic status, whether fertility, reimbursement approach.2. The patients were evaluated using SDS and SAS Scale score. It showed that most of the patients have varying degrees of anxiety and depression. There is no significant differences between the mean scores between the two groups(P> 0.05). It showed that there is no significant difference between the two groups in number of patients suffering anxiety and depression.3. Comparing the anxiety and depression scores before and after the intervention between the two groups, significant differences were founded in the day of admission and discharge(P <0. 05). This showed that anxiety and depression will be ameliorated by the intervention.4. There were significant differences between the two groups in anxiety,depression scores, illustrating that the cooperative heath education style is more effectiveConclusion:1. Most of the gynecological cancer patients would suffer different degrees of anxiety and depression. Some factors, especially education, economic status and age play important roles in the development of anxiety and depression2. Health education using cooperative style can significantly ameliorate anxiety and depression of the patients with gynecologic malignancy. It is a more effective method. Doctors and nurses should timely communicate with the patients in order to find psychological problems as early as possible.Furthermore, effective intervention would be used soon. The doctors and nurses also should use their expertise to satisfy the different needs of the patients to ameliorate anxiety and depression while improve the outcome and prognosis.
