Classification Of Tibetan Medicine Diseases And Its Clinical Application

There were many kinds of the ways of classification for diseases in Four Tantras and each classification with unique feature. As for diseases, there were a kind of 4400,1616,1200 and 404 when diseases were to be subdivided, and there were again 15 sections, 8 branches and 3 pathogenic factors when diseases were to be sorted commonly. To sum up, there were two kinds of pyreticosis and the cold disease in Tibetan medicine. According to the classification of pathogeny, patient, general sense and narrow sense in Tibetan Pathogenesis to study the methods of classification of diseases by using of documentary research method. I further understand the feature of classification on the basis of the explanation of Four Tantras, experience summary and the related literature. And I was familiar with the different ideas of the classification methods in Four Tantras. How many classification of diseases which there were in 15 sections of Four Tantras were practiced in Tibetan hospital, which were studied by practical research method.To visited the outpatient serves and resident doctors of Qinghai Tibetan hospital, Haibei Tibetan hospital and Gangcha Tibetan hospital In order to understand that situations of these diseases in clinical. Besides, to survey how to diagnose, nominate and treat of diseases. I studied the reasons of why remain the classification of diseases, because the hospital circumstances, hospital condition, doctor’ level and the way of diagnosing and treating, and so on effected it.
