Research On Hospital Cost Management Based On Price Linkage Mechanism

In recent years, Chinese top-level design relevant to the public hospitals reform, drug prices reform, medical economic compensation has entered the final stage. From the perspective development of our society, the whole society is more and more highly requested to the high level of health care services, but also people has become more and more unsatisfacted to the level of medical services, especially in the public hospitals. Drug income-expense accounted a high proportion of the imbalance of payments and the imbalance in the medical services payments are main factors in restricting the development of public hospital. The core of the future cost management of the public hospitals can be seen on the management and optimization of the cost of the drugs and the medical services in the medical costs. The drug pricing mechanism reform will affect the cost of medical care in the drug cost allocation, and the reform of the medical compensation system is focused on the medical service cost compensation.This article, through analyzing the constitute of the medical costs in the hospital A with some relevant financial data, combined with the future direction in the new health care system reform and the future medical compensation mechanism, discovery the direction on optimizing the cost management in the hospital A. And from the patients’view of the hospital A, discusses the variety on the medical cost for treatment of patients under the future pricing mechanism and the future medical compensation system. According to the principle of price linkage, through trying to discover the main linked factors related to the medical costs in the hospital A, give a constructive direction in optimizing the future cost management of the hospital A. We know that the cost management in the hospital has a broad and narrow social sense. A Effective cost management in the hospital can not only has a positive influence on their operations efficiency and on improving the level of the basic health services; but also will have a positive impact on bringing down the price of the medical services, increasing the medical welfare of the whole society. The management on the medical cost in the hospital A can control the whole medical cost and the price of medical services,and has a important influence on the social medical welfare in a price linkage way.
