This paper aims to summarize the experience of using TCM of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis for the treatment of hemorrhagic stroke clinical, which provides the new thoughts and methods for Chinese medicine treatment of hemorrhagic stroke.Method: Through literature retrieval,I searched the research progress of the treatment of hemorrhagic stroke which use the TCM of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, which summed up the ancient modern physicians Understanding for etiology and pathogenesis of TCM for hemorrhagic stroke, western medicine function mechanism, the effect evaluation of using the TCM of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis for the treatment of hemorrhagic stroke, existing problems and the future study in the related field. Through following professor Liu to give a lecture, making the rounds of the wards, be in clinic for two years, I summarize my tutorexperience of using the TCM of promoting blood circulation removing blood stasis for the treatment of hemorrhagic stroke.Results: Through the literature review, I found that the ancient modern physicians have fully realized the pathogenesis of hemorrhagic stroke, which is based on blood stasis.It have been verified from modern medicine mechanism and experimental research. Using the TCM of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis for the treatment of hemorrhagic stroke clinical curative effect is exact.My tutor professor Liu engaged in neurology clinical work for more than 20 years.
