Objective: Through the establishment of animal model after ischemic stroke, discussed the brain begin to understand liquid game nerve function and focal cerebral ischemia rats had the influence of the content of SOD, MDA, NO and VEGF, explore the method to repair and improve the clinical feasibility of ischemic neurological function after stroke, and provides the basis of the experimental data. For the intervention of ischemic cerebral apoplexy clinical medication with this method, provide theory experiment basis.Methods:By using line switch prepared SD model of ischemia rats of experimental animals, in after the success of the building to SD rats were randomly divided into control group, control group, model group, western medicine group and refreshing on liquid(high, medium and low dose group) 7 groups. Preoperative drug intervention, 7 days until the duration of 14 days, after the treatment observation rat animal model of general situation and the weight change, according to the modified Bederson ’s scoring method, case analysis, observation model rats neurobehavioral change. The SD rat MCAO method is used to reproduce the experimental animal models, made after the success of the model, validation model rats weight decreased, and neural function defect score results increased significantly(P < 0.05); After using drug intervention, compared with model group, the treatment groups of model rats weight to different extent, neurologic deficits also obtains the varying degrees of improvement and improved(P < 0.05).2. Wake up the brain begin to understand liquid game in focal cerebral ischemia rats had the effect of SOD, MDA, NO and VEGF in: compared with control group, each group building 6 h after brain tissue SOD, NO and VEGF levels(P < 0.05); 12 h and 24 h time point compared with points in model group at the same time, the treatment group(SOD, NO and VEGF activity to some extent, the higher dose group of the most significant(P < 0.05). Compared with control group, each group building 6 h after brain tissue MDA levels(P < 0.05); 12 h and 24 h time point compared with points in model group at the same time, the treatment group activity MDA to some extent, the lower dose group is the most significant(P < 0.05).3. Wake up the brain begin to understand liquid game in focal cerebral ischemia rats had HIF- 1 alpha and VEGF m RNA and protein expression: the influence of the waking brain begin to understand liquid can be raised in ischemic brain injury rats had HIF- 1 alpha and the expression of VEGF m RNA and protein.Conclusion:1. Wake up the brain begin to understand liquid can improve the MACO reperfusion rat body condition and nerve dysfunction, medium dose group of the most significant.2. Wake up the brain begin to understand liquid can improve the rate of radical scavenging system, improve the activity of SOD, reduce lipid peroxidation(MDA) and related harmful metabolites of further damage of brain tissue, so as to realize the function of protect brain function.4. Wake up the brain begin to understand liquid treatment for ischemic stroke mechanism may be through the focal ischemia in rats brain tissue around alpha HIF- 1 m RNA and protein expression, make it raised target gene expression of VEGF m RNA transcription, promote ischemic focal around the VEGF protein expression and collaborate to promote angiogenesis, improve collateral circulation ischemia area, thus effectively regulate the recovery of neural function.
