Objective:Through the methods of literature review, inductive analysis and clinical study, the therapeutic efficiency of TCM therapy on EISMC was studied in this paper. The aims of this study are to analyze the effect of TCM therapy in treating EISMC and to validate the existing indicators used in clinical studies on treating EISMC so as to form an effective therapy to eliminate and mitigate the EISMC.Method:Subjects were 60 patients who were divided into two groups:Patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine therapies, static stretching and acupuncture (n=30);Patients in the control group were treated with Drug therapy used Compound chlorine than Chlorzoxazone Tablets (n=30). Clinical observations were made such as the degree of spasm? the tenderness values and the blood electrolyte.Results:(1) Compared with before the treatment, the tenderness was improved after treatment. (2) Significant difference in soreness lasting time was found between treatment group and control group.Conclusions:(1) EISMC is a kind of tendon disease caused by body’s overwork. The mechanism of the disease is so the internal injury is caused by overstrain. Pathogenesis of T.C.M is that Qi, blood and body fluid are consumed by over-fatigue and functional disorders of the viscera is caused by body overworks malnutrition of muscle meridian lead to EISMC. (2) The principle of prevention and cure to EISMC is supplementing Qi and nourishing blood, soft liver support reinforcement and treating injured soft tissues to stop pain. (3) TCM therapy has a good effect to prevent and intervene EISMC so it is a kind of therapeutic method with good effectiveness, easy operation and suitable for promotion. (4) The EISMC is the result of joint action of many factors, such as electrolyte balance disorder, metabolite accumulation, mechanical damage, and other related factors. (5) The mechanism of TCM therapy treating EISMC is the combined effect of different factors treated.
