Professor Wang Xin 's Experience In Treating Endometriosis With Bushen Huayu Decoction

Endometriosis(endometriosis, EM), refers to the endometrial tissue(or interstitial glands) with growth function grows in the coating membrane of the uterine cavity or outside the muscular layer of the uterus, sometimes with visible nodule or mass,which is a kind of gynecopathy in a fertile women. Its main clinical manifestations are dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia, chronic pelvic pain, menoxenia and infertility.Through in the record of Traditional Chinese medicine there were not the exact name of this disease, according to its main clinical symptom, can be attributed to "dysmenorrhea", "remove lump", "menstrual disease", "infertility".Endometriosis(EM) is a benign disease on histology, but has the biological potentials of proliferation, infiltration, planting, recurrence and malignant.The lesions mainly located in the pelvic cavity, but also can be found in other parts.It often happens in the women of childbearing age, which seriously affected the quality of their lives. It is also very difficult on treatment, both drug therapy and surgery has their limitations, and the recurrence rate is high.Therefore, the standardized treatment need to be perfected.This paper based on the related literature of traditional Chinese medicine of f EM, combined with the classical theory, combing, conclude the understanding of EM that generations of physicians hold and treatment law of research,then summarize academic thoughts for the treatment of my mentor.Based on the rich experiences of diagnosis and treatment of EM,my mentor put forward that the basic pathogenesis of EM is and blood stasis, which means the weakness of kidney is the root cause and blood stasis is the standard.The basic therapeutic principle is to fullfill the kidney and remove the blood stasis.And she build her own discription named“Neiyifang”,which has a remarkable clinical effect.
