| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of centripetal pressure type5and1clamping device for the treatment of stable fracture of tibia and fibula, and clinical characteristics and to explore the mechanism of centrality pressurized type5and1clamping device for the treatment of fracture of tibia and fibula.Methods:Choose40cases of patients with fractures of the tibia and fibula, were randomly divided into experimental group20cases and control group of20cases. The experimental group used the centrality pressurized type5and1clamping device for treatment of calcaneal traction, and the control group was treated with plaster external fixation. Fracture on the growth of callus in the process of treatment, reduction of the fracture, knee and ankle joint function was carried out after healing, recovery, complications and the overall evaluation of curative effect observation indexes. Results:After treatment, no significant difference between the experimental group and the reduction of complications in the recovery of function of knee joint, fracture occurrence, to promote the growth of callus, shorten the healing time of fracture and functional recovery of the ankle was significantly better than the control groupIn the experimental group, the overall curative effect is obviously better than the control group (p<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical centrality pressurized type5and1clamping device withexternal fixation of small splint long. The clinical use of the device in the treatment of fracture of tibia and fibula were treated with closed reduction and pinning trauma, without periosteal stripping, does not damage thefracture end blood circulation, and continued to compression fracture, can accelerate fracture healing; and functional exercise and activities of earlyand active, to reduce the complications of long-term bed; and short operation time. The operation is simple and easy to master, low treatment cost, has the characteristics of simple, convenient, effective and cheap, it is an ideal method for the treatment of stable fractures of the tibia and fibula, it is worthy of clinical promotion. |
