Purpose: This study through the analysis of Henoch Schonlein purpura (HSP)in children with tongue exfoliated cells, from the cellular level to explorechildren allergic purpura two periods (duration within7days, the course ofdisease was28±5days) cells associated shedding type and tongue in TCM, TCMclinic for children with HSP the classification standard, the objective toprovide the theory basis.Material and method:1.collecting exfoliated cells of tongue by two andobtained the practicing physician qualification certificate of physician andabove professional doctors according to traditional methods of tongue wereobserved, the acquisition of exfoliated cells of tongue coating smear method;2.case studies for choice: to meet the inclusion criteria of60cases of6-18years old children with HSP reference of the National Higher Education "TwelfthFive Year Plan textbook of Chinese Medicine" and based mentor Zhang Jun Professoryears of clinical experience research cases TCM syndrome type;3.cell analysismethods:simultaneous acquisition tongue exfoliated cells using Papanuicolaouspecimens of tongue exfoliated cells were stained and examined under amicroscope;4.Statistical Methods:statistical data analysis of survey data byusing SPSS17.0statistical software.Results:1.Syndrome distribution60cases of HSP in children with early onset (duration≤7days) distributionin bleeding due to blood heat type TCM syndrome type (41.66%) and wind-heat injurycollaterals (40%) the most, followed by dampness heat blockage type (16.67%),other syndromes (1.67%). 60cases of allergic purpura children with disease at28±5days with Qideficiency and blood stasis syndrome distribution (48.33%) the most, followedby the hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type (23.33%), Qi dysfunctiongroup (16.67%), bleeding due to blood heat type (11.67%).2.The distribution of tongueDuration≤7days with the tongue with red tongue (56.36%), deep red tongue(34.55%) common, tongue with thin yellow coating (40.68%),yellow fur(32.20%)common;Duration at28±5days the tongue with pale red tongue (38.33%),pinktongue(36.67%) is more common, tongue with thin white coating(58.33%),thinyellow coating (16.67%),less moss (16.67%).3.Analysis of course and exfoliated cellsDuration≤7days, the course of the disease in28±5days before cellkeratinization and incomplete keratinocytes were significant difference(P<0.05); keratinized cell, before the incomplete keratinocytes in duration≤7days and course in28±5days had significant difference (P<0.05).4.Analysis of TCM syndrome and exfoliated cellsDuration≤7days before cell cornification, incomplete keratinocytes weresignificant difference (P<0.05)in bleeding due to blood heat type, wind-heatinjury collateral type, damp heat blockage type distribution.Course in28±5days weather not controlling blood, Qi deficiency and bloodstasis type, hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency and bleeding due toblood heat type distribution in front of keratinized cell there was significantdifference (P<0.05);the course of disease was28±5weather not controllingblood, Qi deficiency and blood stasis type, hyperactivity of fire due to Yindeficiency pattern and bleeding due to blood heat type in the incompletekeratinocytes,there was significant difference between them(P<0.05). Conclusion:1.Cell keratinizing cells and incomplete keratinization exfoliative cells inchildren with HSP tongue exfoliated cells of tongue coating is mainly of thestudy.2.The study found: Allergic Purpura duration≤7days and a course in28±5days are not fully keratinized cells. With the progress of disease, allergicpurpura duration≤7days and duration at28±5days compared, exfoliated cellsof tongue coating had a tendency to decrease.3.Keratinized cells and incomplete keratinocytes on children with HSP TCMdetermination has certain clinical significance. duration≤7days in childrenwith HSP, keratinized cell, incomplete keratinocytes were significantdifference in bleeding due to blood heat type, wind-heat injury collateral type,damp heat blockage type distribution;Among them,the incomplete keratinocytesand keratinized cell are bleeding due to blood heat type was the most.The courseof the disease in28±5days, Qi deficiency can not controlling blood type, Qideficiency and blood stasis type, hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiencyand blooding due to blood heat type in keratinized cell,incomplete keratinocyteswas significantly different.Incomplete keratinocytes and keratinized cellsexcept for bleeding due to blood heat type, with Qi deficiency and blood stasistype was the most common.4.children with HSP disease duration≤7days of TCM syndrome type distributionin bleeding due to blood heat type, wind-heat injury collaterals more common.The course of disease was28±5days of distribution of TCM syndromes in Qideficiency and blood stasis type, hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency.5.Allergic purpura duration≤7days tongue with red tongue, purple red tongueis more common, the tongue with thin yellow coating, yellow moss to see. Thecourse of disease was28±5days tongue with pink tongue,light red tongue ismore common, with thin white tongue moss,thin yellow coating,less moss to see.
