Clinical Study On Treatment Of Sepsis With "Fuzheng Huayu, Tongfu And Stomach"

Purpose：To explore the clinical treatment of sepsis patients by using theYangweijiedu mixture and the influence of PCT，CRP, ET and APACHE Ⅱ.Method：We collect patients of emergency department and ICU in October2012to October2013who are diagnosed with sepsis.We choose to study the people whoare included in the standard.The research adopts randomized, controlled clinicaltrial design.Patients selected randomly are assigned:conventional western medicine andYangWeiJieDu mixture group (the treatment group);conventional western medicinetreatment group (the control group);conventional western medicine and XueBiJing injection group(the control group).Included in the study (beforetreatment), after treatment with APACHE Ⅱ score, extraction of peripheralvenous blood serum endotoxin detecting at the same time (ET), calcitonin (PCT)and creactive protein (CRP).Results：Treatment group ACHEH score and ET, PCT and CRP concentrationdecreased more than western medicine control group. There is statisticalsignificance and the basic and The drop is almost similar with XueBi Jinginjection group.Conclusion：Inthetreatmentofsepsis,Itis verynecessarytopayattentionto combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment and two methodscan complement each other. It plays an important role in the treatment of sepsisthat we use the methods of filling vital qi,eliminating pathogenic, promotingdefecation and harmoning the physiology of the stomach.
