Purpose:Through the observation of581cases of active gastric ulcer in general data of patients, predisposing factors, clinical symptoms and so on, to study the relationship between gastric ulcer incidence with age, gender, the distribution of gastric ulcer induced factors, the related between clinical symptoms and pathogenesis. Finally, Through the clustering analysis of the TCM symptoms, to explore gastric ulcer clinical syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine。Material and method:Data comes from the patients in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University, Wuhan Municipal Hospital of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, Fushun Central Hospital, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, five three level of first-class hospital active gastric ulcer patients, from2007August to2010March, a total of581cases were investigated. Using frequency analysis, analysis of chi square test, cluster analysis statistical method to analysis the collection of the general condition of patients, TCM etiology investigation, clinical symptoms of TCMOResults:1. In the ulcer patients, male to female ratio was1.8:1, chi square test, there was a statistically significant difference between men and women。2. Distribution of age:18-35years old (young), accounting for7.2%;36-55years old (middle age), accounting for52.5%;56years old(elderly) were234cases, accounting for40.3%, the difference was statistically significant chi square test between different age。3.In the ulcer induced factors, which have a higher frequency sorted by size: five kinds of partial eclipse, smoking, drinking, and partial eclipse of heat and cold, hunger, impassioned internal injuries. Frequency is very low with six exogenous pathogenic factors, feel love, eating unclean. Five kinds of partial eclipse is mainly in the "spicy", while the83.2%impassioned internal injuries as "anger"。The positive rate of HP was detected in91.9%patients with peptic ulcer. Endoscopic bile reflux accounted for47.8%。4. The statistical results of ulcer in patients with clinical symptom frequency, frequency is greater than50%of the symptoms are:epigastric fullness, sublingual venation lavender, dry mouth, fatigue, belching, acid regurgitation, yellow urine, noisy, irritable, bitter taste in the mouth, tongue slightly thick, anorexia, red tongue。5.The result of the cluster analysis on the clinical symptom of gastric ulcer is syndrome of intermingled heat and cold, syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach, stomach yin deficiency, spleen wet storm, syndrome of stagnated heat in liver and stomach syndrome。Conclusion:1. Men than women are more likely to suffer from gastric ulcer disease, gastric ulcer patients age concentrated in the elderly (over36years)。2. Emotional disorders and dietary factors are the two main causes of Modern peptic ulcer. In the five kinds of partial eclipse, spicy most easily lead to gastric ulcer;"anger" is the cause of gastric ulcer most emotional in the seven emotional factors。Gastric ulcer population with high rates of HP infection。3. The weakness of the spleen and stomach is the basis for the occurrence of gastric ulcer, stomach poor Qi is the main pathogenesis of gastric ulcer, excess heat syndrome were the main clinical manifestations。4.The result of the cluster analysis on the clinical symptom of gastric ulcer is syndrome of intermingled heat and cold, syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach, stomach yin deficiency, spleen wet storm, syndrome of stagnated heat in liver and stomach syndrome。...
