| Purpose:Mainly through to the system of six-channel differentiation, thispaper found in the theory of six-channel differentiation and closely relatedto the root of dm，making it a theoretical basis for guiding treatment andprevention diabetes.Methods:Through the huge collection of ancient and modern for philosophicaldialectic of literature,especially in zhang zhongjing theory under the guidanceof treatise on febrile disease,respectively,in the philosophical constitutionand diabetes,six-channel differentiation and diabetes,six unknown variable andthree aspects to illustrate.First in terms of philosophical constitution, theauthor based on the literature mainly in lunar,shaoyin,jue Yin，Yang Ming，less Yang five classics to discuss relations with diabetes;Secondly in termsof six-channel differentiation,the author through on the basis of in treatiseon febrile disease,through the discussion of zhongjing of six-channelprovisions,combining the theory of huangdi neijing and other relevant ancientliterature,a detailed discussion on six-channel differentiation and clinicalmanifestations and treatment of diabetes;Finally on the six unknown variable,theauthor in zhongjing in six variable rule based on the classical respectivelyin lunar, shaoyin, jue Yin, Yang, Yang Ming to explain the unknown became lessrole in diabetes prevention and treatment.Conclusion:Integrated ancient and modern literatures and clinical casesanalysis,can draw the following conclusions:(1)Less collateral can be inlunar,Yin,jue Yin,Yang Ming Yang to less differentiation.(2)Through to the lunar,shaoyin,jue Yin and Yang, Yang Ming less analysis of the characteristics of theconstitution,the philosophical constitution related to diabetes.(3)Of three YinYang in the variable rule to illustrate its inner link and have close relationshipwith the prognosis of diabetic transformation.To sum up:six-channeldifferentiation system has important significance to the treatment and prevention of diabetes.
