Objective:This study analyzes the characteristics of ultrasound of "unknown parts of the pregnancy" and the outcome of the serum β-HCG predict pregnancy. Methods:109cases of patients are divided into three groups according to pregnancy outcome:there are31cases of (IUP);21cases of (IUPM) and57cases of (EP). Results:IUP group. IUPM group and EP group endometrial thickness were (1.25±0.22) cm,(0.78±0.30) cm,(0.75±0.31) cm. P=0.000, the difference was statistically significant; IUP group IUPM group. EP group pregnant corpus luteum blood flow signals were missing in12cases (38.7%),12cases (57.1%).52cases (91.2%), P=0.000, the difference was statistically significant; IUP, IUPM and serum EP (3-hCG48h growth rate>60%of the number of cases was29cases (93.5%),3cases (14.3%),19cases (33.3%),(?)60%, respectively, for the2cases (6.1%),18cases (85.7%),38cases (66.7%). P=0.000. statistical difference was significant. There are5cases (45.45%),18cases (85.71%) and57cases (100%) for the groups of IUP, IUPM, EP patients with vaginal bleeding respectively. Conclusion:Endometrial thickness, pregnant corpus luteum blood flow signal are missing. the serum β-hCG48hour rate has an impact on pregnancy outcomes and instructive meaning to clinical. |
