Objective:1 From the view of statistics and the econometric analysis, mining Dahuang Zhechong Pill’s development trend, the level of activity, interest and clinical application’s feature make the TCM researchers can understand the research status of modern literature about Dahuang Zhechong Pill and the law of Dahuang Zhechong Pill’s clinical application.2 Through modern experimental studies, getting the molecular biological mechanism of Dahuang Zhechong Pill’s clinical application, further explore the TCM and modern medicine’s foundation of "treating different diseases with the same method", provides research foundation and scientific basis for the wider application of Dahuang Zhechong pill, further research of clinical and the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:1 Using electronic and manual search methods, searching the modern research literatures about Dahuang Zhechong Pill in literature database2 According to the research objective, formulate literature inclusion and exclusion criteria and get the full text meeting the inclusion criteria.3 Pick up the follow information in the literature:time, journal, language, the first author, the type of literature (journal literature, meeting paper, dissertation), the subject of the study(clinical application, literature review, theoretical research, experimental research, case report), disease and syndrome, type the information into ACCESS, statistic and analysis the information.4 According to the statistical results, evaluating the efficacy and safety of Dahuang zhechong pill in the treatment of the most studied disease.5 Using the basic theory of TCM, exploring the TCM and modern medicine’s foundation of "treating different diseases with the same method".Results:1 In this paper, a total of 726 articles meet the inclusion criteria of literature, including 708 Chinese articles,18 English articles. The literature is mainly concentrated in the 1995.The quantity of articles is less before 1995, the total number is only 83, accounting for only 11.43% of the total amount of the literature,5 papers are published annually. After 1995 the number increased into 643, accounting for 88.57% of the total number of papers,34 papers are published annually. In 1982, the number of papers is minimum, only 1, the most number of papers becomes in 2006, a total of 56. In addition to journal articles, includes conference papers and dissertations.Studies of Dahuang Zhechong Pill are published in 230 journals. Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine publish the most studies, reached 18 papers.54.35% of the magazine only published 1 literatures of Dahuang Zhechong Pill. Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine publish the most papers, the number reached 22.80.53% of the Research institutions only published 1 literatures of Dahuang Zhechong Pill. There are a total of 581 authors,86.92% of the authors only published 1 literature.2 The clinical study of Dahuang Zhechong Pill is in the majority, accounting for 48.90% of the total number of literature, experimental research literature accounted for 26.72%, and cases reported literature accounted for 13.77%, the literature review accounted for 5.23%.Clinical application of Dahuang Zhechong Pill involved 104 kinds of clinical diseases. The research mainly focuses on chronic viral hepatitis, liver cirrhosis and liver fibrosis diseases, accounting for 40.17% of all clinical application literature. By Meta-analysis, combined with Dahuang Zhechong pill has positive significance for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.A total of 84 cases are included, which relates to 8 kinds of TCM Syndromes, including the syndrome of blood stasis due to cold, damp heat and blood stasis syndrome, phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, qi stagnation and blood stasis heat syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Blood stasis syndrome accountes for the highest proportion, accounting for 46.43% of the total cases. Combined with the factor dialectical system, the basic of of Dahuang Zhechong Pills "different diseases with treatment in the same method"3 Experimental studies about Dahuang Zhechong pill:The pathophysiological basis of principle that "different diseases with treatment in the same method"is abnormal blood mobility and blood viscosity. Effecting blood mobility and blood viscosity, increasing blood flow, improveing blood circulation and microcirculation to achieve the common role of "blood circulation" is the pharmacological basis of treating different diseases with the same method which Dahuang Zhechong pill is capable of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Discussion:1 According to the study of literature, we can see that, in modern times, study of Dahuang Zhechong pill has become increasingly active.since 1995, there has been a great increase in the number of literature, a spiral steadily rising situation. But the main research literature are in Chinese, foreign literature is less, which shows that, whit the great support from the government, Chinese medicine has developed rapidly, also caused widespread concern in the international.but for the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese remains in leading power.2 Journals which published Dahuang Zhechong Pills modern research literature are more dispersed, and have not formed the core journal. Most of which are traditional Chinese medicine journals, Henan Ttraditional Chinese Medicine published the most. Many research institutions have studied the Dahuang Zhechong pill. But most authors and research institutions only publish 1 literature. Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine publishes the most papers. This shows that Chinese medicine colleges and universities are the backbone of the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine, and has great responsibility in the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine. Although Dahuang Zhechong pill has attracted the attention of many researchers, but the research is not focused, indeep, and do not form a system, standarded research system. In addition, due to the factors of authors, author literature statistics are not entirely consistent with Lotka’s law, this also shows that Lotka’s law has some limitations in the study, and need further study. In addition, the clinical research literature is the most, theory research is weak. This is due to the impact of modern medical research method combining traditional Chinese medicine research in the wave of modernization of traditional Chinese medicine, which is the embodiment of the modern development of traditional Chinese medicine on the other hand.3 The hot spot of Dahuang Zhechong pill’s clinical research is mainly for the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis, liver fibrosis, cirrhosis of liver. The disease is mainly concentrated in the hardening, fibrosis, hyperplasia, nodules, cysts, tumors, etc. Combined with the Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber, we can find that the disease course which use Dahuang Zhechong pill cure is longer, the nature of pathological factors are more rigid, which are more dry blood, blood stasis is dead, so it is more fierce than general wood products.But the use of rhubarb, leech, worm, which straight into the blood, plays the role of blood circulation.4 Because of the reason of the drug combination and low quality of literature, more high quality, large sample randomized clinical studies are still needed to make Dahuang Zhechong Pill which combined with other drugs in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B more effective and accurate.5 With the continuous development of treatment based on syndrome differentiation theory becoming richer, and the syndrome factor dialectical system, the principle that "different diseases with treatment in the same method" can be further expanded, the premise that Dahuang Zhechong Pill can treat different diseases in the same method is that all diseases have the same blood stasis syndrome by syndrome factor dialectical.6 Dahuang Zhechong Pill plays extensive pharmacological effects is far more from improving the blood flow and blood viscosity and improving blood circulation, promoting the blood in the blood vessels. This also includes adjusting the organizational structure and physiological function of blood vessels, blood circulation, humoral factors, enzyme, immune system. Therefore, the principle that Dahuang Zhechong Pill can treat different diseases with the same method remains to be further studied.
