Analysis Of Clinical Data Of Vasovagal Syncope With Hypertension

Objective:(1).Observe clinical features and laboratory parameters of vasovagal syncope patients with or without hypertension. Analysis the blood pressure changes in tilt testing, the regimen during hospitalization and treatment outcome of patients in both groups, Investigate reasonable treatment of vasovagal syncope patients with hypertension.(2).Analysis the role of β-blockers in vasovagal syncope by comparing all selected patients.Methods:Analysis the clinical features of30cases of hospitalized patients diagnosised as vasovagal syncope patients with hypertension and30cases of hospitalized patients diagnosised as vasovagal syncope patients without hypertension. Compared the general conditions and laboratory parameters with healthy subjects.And compared the blood pressure and treatment characteristics between vasovagal syncope patients with or without hypertension, evaluate the clinical features and appropriate treatment of vasovagal syncope patients with hypertension.Result:(1). The difference of the general conditions and laboratory parameters between vasovagal syncope patients with or without hypertension was not statistically significant (P>0.05)(2). The supine blood pressure vasovagal syncope patients with hypertension was significantly higher than patients without hypertension (P<0.05), blood pressure between the two groups after the tilt was no significant change (P>0.05)(3). In terms of treatment,80%of vasovagal syncope patients with hypertension need to take medications to control the stability of blood pressure.(4). A total of11cases (36.7%) taking β-blocker drugs for treatment in patients of vasovagal syncope with hypertension,4cases (13.3%) in patients of vasovagal syncope without hypertension, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).All patients with vasovagal syncope, There was no significant difference in age, gender, admission heart rate, duration, onset of incentives and the aspects of presyncope, seizure frequency, etc(P>0.05).Conclutions:(1).The supine blood pressure vasovagal syncope patients with hypertension was significantly higher than patients without hypertension, the blood pressure between the two groups after the tilt was no significant change. It is essential to develop a reasonable buck and comprehensive treatment program of vasovagal syncope patients with hypertension.(2). β-blockers is the essential drugs for the treatment of vasovagal syncope, the value and specificity of β-blockers still need further studies with larger sample.
