On the basis of the analysis of the literature, induction, sorting, summed up the effective management mode and methods of the medical disputes, form suited to the characteristics of the hospital medical disputes early warning and intervention model.Through early warning and intervention system to establish the incidence of medical disputes, medical disputes before and after the compensation data such as the contrast and analysis, to evaluate the effect of early warning and intervention system for medical disputes, further perfect and improve early warning and intervention system for the future lay the foundation.All data analysis by SPSS statistical software.Basic descriptive analysis using statistical description method, the measurement data with that (x+s), counting data YongLv or forming than said, t test, analysis of variance were used respectively to hypothesis testing, chi-square test, P<0.05for the difference was statistically significant. Results:Through before and after the intervention system to build early warning system for the hospital medical disputes comprehensive analysis found that:(1)the investigation of hospital surgery, obstetrics and gynecology is a high-risk departments of medical disputes occurred.(2) compared with control group, experimental group of the drop in annual compensation.(3) medical disputes rate of experimental group was obviously lower than the traditional group, with significant difference (P<0.001).(4) in the cause of medical disputes occurred in statistical, belongs to the prescriptions, the cause of defects on business ability, complications, and medical accident, the system is not strictly carry out as the main.(5) compared with control group, experimental group in the annual compensation amount is significantly lower than the traditional treatment group, with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Medical disputes the establishment of early warning and intervention system helps to reduce the occurrence of medical disputes, the economic loss caused by disputes, reduce hospital for medical and health management system of virtuous circle and social stability and unity and harmonious development.
