| The thesis was completely analyzed in the tissue culture and cell suspension culture technology of Dendrobium Nobile Lindl. The tissue culture systems of Dendrobium Mobile Lindl were set up and the suspension culture condition of the portocorm of Dendrobium Mobile Lindl were improved effectively. This research results will provide some research information in the planting of Dendrobium plantlets and extracting the effective ingredients of Dendrobium by cell suspension culture technology.1 ,The multiplication times of fresh weight were high when the Protocorms of Dendrobium was cultured in solid media. The optimal culture condition for multiplication of protocorm was B5 media with 0.5mg/L 6-BA, 0.2mg/L NAA and 15% coconut milk. In addition, the optional culture period was 30 days.2, The comparing tests of five different culture ways showed that the suspension culture with 24d/d way and the solid culture way were the best optional culture ways for the multiplication of protocorm, and that the suspension culture with 12h/d way and the semi-solid culture way were the better optional culture ways, the worst culture way was liquid still culture way.3, The suspension culture way was suitable to the multiplication of fresh weight of Dendrobium protocorm. The optimal culture condition for the multiplication of protocorm was B5 media with 2.0mg/L 6-BA and 0.3mg/L NAA, and the proportion of the inoculation weight and culture liquid volume was 3.0g and 30ml. In addition, the protocorm was cultured in the vibration machine that the rotational speed was 100r/min for 24h/d, and the optional culture period was 30 days.4, The growth curve of Dentrobium cell showed "S" type when the protocorm were cultured on solid media or with liquid suspension way. There was initial lag phase of ten days at the beginning of the culture, followed by a log phase of twenty days, then the stationary phase between 30-40d and the decline phase which was during 40-50d.
