Strong-gluten wheat chuanmai39, medium-gluten wheat chuanyu12 and weak-gluten wheat chuannongmai1hao were applied as experimental materials in this paper. We studied the effect of different dosage, applied stage and proportion of N on wheat's carbon nitrogen metabolism and the part of microelement content and yield in seeds. The results were as follows:(1) The carbon metabolism was the best thrived in chuannongmai1hao, the nitrogen metabolism was the weakest, but the nitrogen metabolism was the best thrived in chuanmai39, the carbon metabolism was the weakest. The relatively thrived degree of carbon and nitrogen metabolism may be an important reason for different forms of the quality in weak and strong gluten wheat varieties. The soluble sugar content of every organ in wheat firstly increased and then decreased, but the nitrogen content increased, with the increasing of N dosage. There was significant linear correlation between N dosage and the nitrogen content of every organ in wheat. The soluble sugar content increased in chuanmai 39 and chuannongmai 1hao, but the soluble sugar content in chuanyu 12 was little influenced, with the postponement of N applied stage.(2) Photosynthetic rate diurnal variation showed two apex curve in chuanmai39 (low N), chuanmai39 and chuannongmai1hao (C1), on other treatments, it showed single apex curve in two wheat varieties. Photosynthetic rate mean and peak value, transpiration rate, conductance, relative humidity were firstly increased and then decreased in chuanmai39, photosynthetic rate mean and peak value were increased, and transpiration rate, conductance, relative humidity were decreased in chuannongmai1hao, with the increasing and postponement of N dosage. Excessive transpiration rate was the primary effect factor of photosynthetic rate in two wheat varieties on midding and low N level, on excess postponement of N in chuanmai 39 and the excess ahead of chuannongmai 1hao. The primary effect factor of photosynthetic rate was the suffocated transpiration rate on high N in the two wheat, varieties, the excess ahead of N in chuanmai 39 and the excess postponement of N in chuannongmai 1hao.(3) The value of yield in three wheat varieties was chuannongmai1hao>chuanyu 12 >chuanmai39. There was significant conic between N dosage and yield in three wheat varieties. The yield of chuanmai39 increased remarkably, but the yield of chuanyu 12 and chuannongmai 1 hao increased indistinctively, with the postponement of N applied stage.
