Study On High Content Harringtonine And Homoharringtonine Of Plus Tree Selection And Seedling Test Of Cephalotaxus Fortunei

Cephalotaxus fortunei is a rarely protected and ever-green species; it not only has important scientific research value, but also has important economical value. Cephalotaxus fortunei can be made beautiful craftworks with messiness and smooth timber ,it also can be used by bridges,architecture,boats,furniture and so on. From their bark can draw harringtonine, homoharringtonine, dexoharringtonine and soharringtonnine which are high-efficient medicine can resist canceling, antitumor and treat the leukemia. Although distributing abroad, Cephalotaxus fortunei fell on a large scale destroy seriously and growing slowly and breed naturally difficult. It restricts development of production processing with less Lephalotaxine Esters. The problem of material short can be solved radically and wildness resource can be protected efficiently by electing choiceness breed and cultivating artificial forestry scaling.Based on investigation, measurement, analysis to natural resource of C. fortunei ,we discussed the variance rule of harringtonine and homoharringtonine content and ensured the standard to select plus tree. The plus trees can be parted medicine-used and multi-used types by multi-characters synthesize grade method after they are selected. We measured seedlings of plus trees in order to choose choiceness strip.1. Harringtonine and homoharringtonine content of different geography provenance are among 126.4μg/g~167.7μg/g in Fujian province ,the order is Ningde>Nanping>Fuzhou>Sanming>Longyan> Putian>Quanzhou>Zhangzhou.Clustering analysis classified Fujian province be high content area in Ningde (which is in east of Fujian province) ; middle content area in middle of Fujian province and Nanping, Fuzhou, Sanming(which are in north of Fujian province) ; low content area in Putian, Quanzhou, Longyan, Zhangzhou(which are in south of Fujian province). The main component analysis manifested that year even temperature and the highest temperature in a year are the main factors affecting the area difference of harringtonine and homoharringtonine content. Low temperature is profitable to accumulation of harringtonine and homoharringtonine . With the latitude heightening and year even temperature falling, harringtonine and homoharringtonine content rise.2. The difference of harringtonine and homoharringtonine content is remarkable among C.fortunei population.The order in 6 populations from high to low is Fuxi >Yingshan >Zishan >Huangxi >Mashan >Tiantaishan. The range of signal plant harringtonine and homoharringtonine content is bigger; the highest is 8.4 times to the lowest.
