| With the greater increasing investment risks in synthesize and production of novel pesticides, the longer market period and the more rapid development of pest resistance, the supply of efficient pesticides appear to be in great shorter. The rational combination among different pesticides play an important role in the following aspects: pest resistance control, improving control effect, decreasing the cost, a good harvest, prolonged application time of pesticides and lesser environment pollution.According to the physical and chemical characters of two insecticides abamectin and fenpropathrin, we plan to formulate them to be Micro-Emulsion as a mixtures by selecting proper solvents and emulsifiers. The toxicity of this compound was tested using the carmine spider mite, Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boisduval), as bioassay target. Based on bioassay, the toxicity of the compounds that vary the rations of abamectin and fenpropathrin were evaluated with the co~toxicity coefficient method. Furthermore, the optimal combination was obtained on the basis of mathematical model between the co-toxicity coefficient and the ratio. The potted tests with Lab-products .were carried out and the method of analysising the products quality was established. The main research methods and results could be summarized as follows:1 Selecting of the optimal ratio. With the slide-dip method, the bioassay of abamectin, fenpropathrin on T. cinnabarinus were carried out. The results showed that the LC50 values of abamectin, fenpropathrin were 0.036± 0.002mg/L, 3056.186±380.268mg/L. It suggested that the toxicity of abamectin was higher while that of fenpropathrin expressed lower. Based on the aim of combination and their different activities, the concentration of abamectin-fenpropathrin was determined as 10% .The 10% abamectin-fenpropathrin ME at 7 different ratios were evaluated by applying the co-toxicity coefficient method. The results showed that the co-toxicity coefficients of this compound at 7 different ratios were all above 500 which showed a quite good synergism effect. The highest... |
