The prevalent problem of regulated nitrogen in leaf of high quality tobacco was appeared in production, such as the thick top leaf, the tight fabric, the relative high total nitrogen and nicotine and the low usability. These measures included the promoted mineralize of organic nitrogen and released nitrogen, they promoted formation more root, moved up consumed nitrogen of soil and so on. The main results were as following:1 , The ahead released and mineralized organic nitrogen of soil resulted from enhanced microbial activity of soil due to increasing temperature of soil by ahead rising high ridge and cover film. The quality of tobacco increased because nitrogen and nicotine of the top leaf decreased. Which resulted from the decreasing supply nitrogen in anaphase owe to the consuming more nitrogen in ahead. The normal yield could be obtained by decreasing about 30% of fertilizer due do increasing content of fertilizer from the mineralized organic nitrogen of soil by high ridge and cover film. The little difference contend of nitrogen and nicotine in leaf for all part of tobacco to avoid uptake more nutrient impacted quality came form uniformity uptake nutrient by high stem, strong seedling and deep plant.2,There was relationship between change from growth and development of each grade for tobacco and content of nitrogen and nicotine in top leaf forecast by growth character and color of green during middle and anaphase of vigorous time. The result showed content of nicotine in top leaf was forecast by growth character and color of green for leaf to dynamic regulation. The exceed mark for content of nicotine in top leaf could be reflected by growth character and exceed B grade of green for leaf of tobacco which should be regulated.3,The decreasing trend of size and weight of leaf was found by regulated measure except spray pesticide. Of these, the decreasing content was big by cut peak and cycle peel. However, areas of the top leaf increased by spay pesticide. Content of total nitrogen and nicotine in top leaf could be decreased by all regulated measures, of these, way of cut peak and cycle peel was best which could be good technology to... |
