Sclerotinia sclerotiorum is the main disease on oilseed rape, which caused very serious damages to the production of the rapeseed. So now stem rot resistant rape materials breeding plays a very important role in oilseeds breeding, and breeding herbicide-resistant crops is an available measure to agricultural labor force cost increasing and environment pollution. We irradiate the rape seed with different doses of 60Co- γ ray. Using the stepwise positive selection with common oxalic acid and Basta providing selection pressure. Hope get the mutation of Regenerated plant with significantly higher tolerance to oxalic acid and Basta than the wild type.The results were described as following:1. Mutagenic treatment was made of the rapeseed of XiangYou 15 with 60Co- γ ray, As the result of stepwise positive selection with common oxalic acid(3.0 mmol/L)providing selection pressure, mutations as K6 K7 K8 K9 were obtained with higher tolerance to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.2. As the result of stepwise positive selection with Basta providing selection pressure, mutations as NO.5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 18 were obtained with higher tolerance to herbicide ( 0.09 % ) .
