R. gmelini Turcz belongs to the family of Polyonaceae ,it is a perennation lodged root herbaceous plant. Its root is a civil general used medicine, has many effectiveness like heat-clearing and detoxicating, promoting blood flow and hemostasis, bowels open, anthelminthic and so on.The analysis of constituents of R. gmelini shows that the main constituents of its root contains anthraquinone group, chrysophenine group, flavonok group and runicin group and so on. They have the evident pharmacological action on antiinflannator, antifungus, anticancer, antiblood-fat and so on .Above all,the study made the sequentiae study of Rumex gmelini. In order to study their respective influence on the chemical composition contents and output of the chrysophenine group, anthraquinone group, rumicin and the biological yield of R. gmelini, soybean peptide (soybean peptide No.2 and No.3 ) , 50% chlorocholine chloride and 40% ethanoic were exerted with three concentration levels respectively on l-year-old R. gmelini stock. The reimming and statistical analytic result of the measured data showed that soybean peptide had no significance influence on the chemical composition contents of chrysophenine group, anthraquinone group, rumicin, but had significance auxoaction on the outputs of chrysophenine group, anthraquinone group, rumicin in roots of R. gmelini;chlorocholine chloride and ethanoic had significance influence on both the chemical composition contents and the outputs of chrysophenine group, anthraquinone group, rumicin;soybean peptide, chlorocholine chloride and ethanoic had significance auxoaction on the biological yield of R. gmelini. The experiment not only provided the scientific foundation for the normalization raise of R. gmelini, but also provided the theoretical foundation for the widely apply of soybean peptide as a medicinal in the future. Accordingly, the experiment have important significance.
