Plant growth substances can effectively regulate crop growth and development,and solve the problem of lack of traditional cultivation measures in production.With people’s increasing concern about food safety,the requirement of green environmental protection and biogenic plant growth substances will be increasing.The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of seed treatment of plant growth substances on soybean growth and yield formation.The experiment was carried out in Jixiang Village,Lindian County,Daqing City,Heilongjiang Province in 2018.Hefeng 50 and Kenfeng 16 soybean varieties were selected as experimental materials.Before sowing,seeds were mixed with alginate oligosaccharides(AOS),chitosan(CTS),coronatine(COR),anti-photolysis S-abscisic acid(ABA),1-(2,4-dichloroformyl aminocy-clopropionic acid)(B2),5-aminolevulinic acid(ALA)and 1-methylcyclopropylene(1-MCP)fumigation was used to study the effects of plant growth substances on seedlings’ main charact-ers,photosynthetic related indicators,sugar metabolism and yield.The main results are as follows:1.CTS treatment increased plant height,stem diameter,aboveground biomass,under-ground biomass,root-shoot ratio and strong seedling index of Hefeng 50,and there were significant differences between stem diameter and control.1-MCP treatment increased plant height,stem diameter,aboveground biomass,underground biomass and strong seedling index of Kenfeng 16,and the aboveground biomass had significant differences with control.AOS,B2 and ALA treatment significantly increased the aboveground biomass of Hefeng 50 in reproductive growth period,while ABA treatment significantly increased the aboveground biomass of Kenfeng 16 in reproductive growth period.2.ALA treatment significantly increased net photosynthestic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of Hefeng 50 and Kenfeng 16 at R6 stages.AOS and COR treatment significantly increased the leaf area index of Hefeng 50 at reproductive growth stage,while CTS and COR treatment significantly increased net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration of Hefeng 50 at R6 stage.AOS treatment significantly increased the leaf area index of Kenfeng 16 in reproductive growth period.3.CTS and COR treatment significantly increased the sucrose content of Hefeng 50 and Kenfeng 16 in reproductive growth stage,while AOS and 1-MCP treatment significantly increased the sucrose content of Hefeng 50 in reproductive growth stage.COR treatment significantly increased starch content of Hefeng 50 and Kenfeng 16 during reproductive growth stage,while AOS,CTS,ALA,ABA and 1-MCP treatment increased starch content of Hefeng 50 during reproductive growth period.AOS and ALA treatment significantly increased the invertase activity of Hefeng 50 during reproductive growth period,while B2 and COR treatment significantly increased the invertase activity of Kenfeng 16 during reproductive growth period.B2 and COR treatments significantly increased the amylase activity of Hefeng 50 and Kenfeng 16 during reproductive growth period,while AOS and 1-MCP treatments significantly increased the amylase activity of Hefeng 50 during reproductive growth.4.AOS,CTS,B2,ALA,COR,1-MCP and ABA all increased the yield of Hefeng 50 and Kenfeng 16.CTS treatment had a better effect on Hefeng 50,while ALA,CTS,and COR had a better effect on Kenfeng 16.In summary,CTS,ALA and COR had better effects on soybean growth and yield.
