Effects Of Mannanoligosccharide, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Microecologics On Disease-resistant, Digestive Enzyme And Growth Performance Of Broilers

The experiment were designed into three experiments and investigate the effect of mannanoligosccharide, Chinese herbal Medicine, Microecologics on disease-resistant,the activity of digestant enzyme, growth performance of broilers. The results showed as follows:In Exp.1, To study the effect of Ecoil and T myphocyte electropositive of different level additive. 198 Arbor-Acres chickens (1days-old) were divided into 5 groups randomly.The basical diet maily contai corn and soybean. The first group was mannanoligosccharide, including three different levels:0.1%,0.15%,0.2%. The second group was Chinese herbal Medicine,including three different levels:0.5%,0.75%,1%, only at the first week.The third group was Microecologics ,and its include 0.2%,0.25%,0.3%.The forth group was antibiotics group (20mg/kg Zn bacitracin). The forth group was feed the basical diet. The results was that: mannanoligosccharide, Chinese herbal medicine , Microecologics, have sinificant reduce the number of Ecoli of intestineof broilers,which was appended with 0.2% of mactrorconomics can reduce the ratio of death and the disease, enhance the T myphocyte electropositive(p<0.05).
